Not totally unserious, unfortunately. BMN have got some extremely valuable assets but far too much debt. frequently misses targets and fails to make much money. Hence the low share price. This makes it a takeover target. (Or, worse case, a fire sale by its creditors.) A new owner may not share the same strategic vision. Given the importance of the Bushveld partnership to Invinity's business model, this has got to represent a serious risk.

If Bushveld is taken over, possibly by a Chinese producer, how dependent are we on them as supplier of Vanadium? Is there any other producer operating the leasing model?

Can they request a 3 month delay for filing, or is that just for AIM?

Certainly a different take to the simple interpretation I'd been applying: Reduced effective gold supply => higher gold price; gold explorers/developers/juniors = leveraged bet on POG.

I suspect that depends on which platform you are with. It could just mean that their corporate (in)action department haven't yet allocated the shares (and cash back) that they received on their nominee account. On my Halifax ISA, the money was taken at their deadline - last Monday - but my account is still showing "AGRONOMICS ELECTION (147I)" for the full amount.

You'd need to ask a market maker. From what's shown, there are more buys than sells today. Glad it's not my job to predict short term moves.

I'd say with a share as volatile as ANIC, pound averaging is your best bet.

Splitting out the small orders may be difficult. Most people who hold on platforms hold via nominee accounts. I.e. all Peterhouse will have to go on is: AJ Bell nominees want X million, Halifax nominees Y million etc.
