Could this be a 'real' inflection point....a positive inflection point even?!

I'm not sure using the name 'Altyngold Group Ltd' is really an option. I tried using the company name 'McDonald Bargers Ltd' once - for I come from a long line of Scottish barge men & women - but got into all sorts of trouble (legal mostly)!! Woke up to find a cows head in my bed....I've been vegan ever since.

I wonder if they are having to negotiate with the guy/gal from Splotch, Cardiff, who just happened to create a company called 'Altyngold' on 21st October '20....the day after Altyn announce their intention to change names. Pure coincidence surely!!

Hopefully large amounts of cash do not have to change hands. Would be a bit silly if Altyn have made a basic schoolboy error....announce the name change without securing the name first. No....even they wouldn't do something so silly!!

Perhaps the next RNS will be a revised name change to 'Goldbridges'!?!...or even HambledonGold!!

...or a whale!!

So you mean that TRMR & PERI are small fish in a pond - albeit quite a big pond - with huge fish (whales!!) for company?!

How does ROCE compare between TRMR & their peers (including PERI)?

I expect it is 'sensible' to have telephone trading for a while...until the computer systems have been adjusted. Nothing worse then people selling their untold millions to find it was a computer glitch.

Let us hope they don't stick it into reverse gear by mistake!!

Maybe the same could be said about TRMR...but 'perhaps' things are just about to change!

Although of course TRMR isn't on NASDAQ.

So either Perion is massively under-valued OR listing on Nasadaq doesn't automatically mean a higher market cap.

Who are 'Peri'?

Hopefully for shareholders the courts & legal entities are robust enough to support good management. Although it isn't always obvious who are the good/bad guys. Even villains can look like angels sometimes.

To me they need to stop all the 'Dallas' style theatrics and concentrate on the boring stuff by getting the shiny stuff out the ground.
But since I'm not an investor - and have no intention of investing (phew my kids will be relieved...their trust fund is safe!!) - following POG is better than any rubbish on Netflix. Cannot wait for the next episode....when Putin will probably appear to make an offer that cannot be refused?!
