WinStanley, I believe that's called branding and not tatooing...and it is 'probably' against the law in the UK to brand dumb animals!!!

Fish is a wonderful commodity to transport around the world...so easy & cheap. Just stick in a container & place on a ship for 2 months and the product will arrive as fresh & tasty as the day it was packed. Marvellous!!....almost as easy as sending pork pies to China. They won't know what hit em. Their taste buds will explode with delight and 'probably' their stomachs too!!

Exactly TRicky, it is obvious that UK fishermen (& women) have the most to lose with a 'No' deal. Those EU types can source replacement fish from elsewhere in the world. I suspect it's trickier to find new markets for UK fish then to buy in replacement stock from Canada et al.
But it is symbollick now. The fate of the UK fishing industry is secondary to the symbolism of Brexit...never mind the fate of the rest of UK industries & business in general.

Fishing is totemic to Brexit & Brexiteers. The UK (English) government seem 'happy' to trash the UK economy for the symbolism of cheap fish n' chips.
The UK (English) electorate seem 'happy' with the prospect of a 'No' deal, 'probably' because they don't know what 'No' deal actually means & are 'happy' to trust the vague promises from English politicians on how absoultely marvellous 'No' deal will be for everyone.

6 to 12 months of 'No' deal reality may change the mood of the electorate....or cement the animosity towards the EU I suppose. I'm just looking forward to those cheap fish n' chips!!!

Tricky, isn't that partly because we only like to eat particular types of fish. Cod is king and has to be imported to meet demand...because we don't catch enough for domestic demand.
THose EU types will eat any old carp!!!

Tricky, that's a bit of a blanket statement & 'probably' hard to justify.

Some types of fish are less 'healthy' than others....didn't we have a conversation a while back on heavy toxic metals in certain fish. Also there is the increasing polution of our oceans, including the levels of micro plastics being consumed by the fish & by us when we eat the fish.
Also I remember reading not long ago that the UK recommendation is to limit the amount of fish people eat in the UK to 3 meals/portions a week.....'presumably' because of something less than healthy in the fish we eat.

I feel I've been saying '48 hours to save the world' for the last 3 months.

To me it looks like a game of chicken, with neither side willing to give way on the final sticking points.
One of the ironic things is that a 'No' deal could severely impact the ability of the UK fishing industry to sell all the 'Billions' of pounds of extra fish they will be catching to the EU, their biggest & nearest market.....I suppose we can all eat a lot more 'cheap' fish and/or ship it one of our new trading partners e.g. Japan. Isn't there a saying?..."cutting one's nose off to spite one's face", apt perhaps.

At the moment it looks like both sides are preparing for the blame game after a 'No' deal is finally announced within the 'next' 48 hours (oh do stop laughing!!)...those 'nasty controlling EU types'....those incalcitrant 'cake eating' Brexiteers...yep, heard it all before!!!!!!!!!

Playing devils advocate....'he' has been sort of right about Blinkx & RTHYTHTHYMNMone up until 'probably' the last RNS, when things appear to have turned against his 'negativity'. So 2-3 years (or more) of substantially correct negativity doesn't exactly mean 'he' was wrong all along. Just he missed a buying opportunity that now appears to have been a missed opportunity.

You suggested earlier replacing ‘due to’ with ‘caused by’, giving "the Chattanooga Choo-Choo was caused by arrive at 3 o'clock"...which is both ugly & nonsensical.
Also a 'choo-choo' is a train....unless one is a child or in need of a lyric for a song!

The 'misuse' of 'owing to' versus 'due to' is 'small beer', compared to the 'real' use of language by the younger generations. I do find some people on this forum - not on TRMR of course - totally unitelligible, like they are from a different planet using day trading codewords/slang. Other day traders however are very precise with their language. Horses for turnips!!

IDG, it depends what you mean by 'successful commercial launch'. So far, I believe FUM have launched two products. Neither could be called 'successful'....hence why they are no longer being sold.

There is a gap left in the table of data for recovery rate....quite an important omission IMO.

Also there seems to be a problem with their processing plant....it cannot keep up with the ore mined. So they must have large amounts of stockpiled ore.

Gold grade remains low.

But there was a Q3 update, which I suppose is noteworthy.
