Perhaps we need to wait and see what they actually make before speculating with fanciful valuations. Results and positive updates will drive the SP higher....not valuations by Finncap.

Easily $250-300m EBITDA meaning £40 within reach...could reach £50 with a tail wind. FTSE100 listing soon.

If that were true wouldn't it make the use of treasury shares in an acquisition 'almost' impossible?!
Perhaps there is a 5% rule in israel.....TRMR seems to operate under two sets of rules sometimes.

Using the treasury shares (if allowed to) would answer the question: "What are they going to do with the buy-back shares?"
It would 'efficiently' exchange the treasury shares for cash.....making a 'special' dividend an option.

Instead if they issue new shares for the IPO they will still have the treasury shares, which could create even more dilution in the future.

The management can also pretend that they intended to use the treasury shares for a US listing all along.

The IPO could also be structured to have a maximum size limited to the number of treasury shares, limiting the amount of dilution....keeping investors 'happy'.

Don't they have loads of shares in treasury, couldn't they issue the required shares for the IPO from the buy-back shares dependent on demand?

Looks to me like they are issuing shares in America to raise funds. I'm not sure how that benefits current investors....AIM shares could become even harder to shift.

More cash for the war chest I suppose.

GinoD, I understand what you are doing. It is not for your benefit. But by getting you to 'dance to his tune' stt1 is winning.
We are all grown up enough on this board to take care of ourselves, indeed any newbie will come to understand very quickly that stt1 isn't appreciated here from the feedback he/she gets.

Agreed. Any postitive news is welcome, even if we have to 'bang' our own drum.

But it does go to show that when companies such as 'Renaissance Capital' start touting independent research than it needs to be consumed with a huge pinch of salt. Obviously there will be worthwhile information in the research....but they will be unlikely to 'bite the hand that feeds them'.

On Friday at 16:35 there was a trade at 21.0p for 774 shares (£162.54). The bid/ask at the time were 18.5/19.5

Today the first trade was 19.25p and the SP 'drops' 1.74p (-8%)

The 'problem' is that these penny shares can be easily manipulated....low volumes, an 'edgy' investor base and possible tricks of the game (manipulation).

Conclusion: The 8% fall wasn't any such thing. DON'T PANIC.

Do you have to post the same message multiple times a day....it is making this board unpleasant to use. Once a day would be sufficient....not a bombardment of the same message (by different posters). The message:

I don't mind what stt1 writes - balanced debate & all that. But what really 'gets my goat' is the constant repetition, cut & pasting the same information. It destroys his credibility....if he ever had any!

I was interested to know more on why China's birth control 'problem' has shifted in a 'relatively' short time from over-supply to under-performance.

I also haven't come across a link between erectile dysfunction and falling birth rates. Seems a little tenuous to me....but if it makes you happy to create a link then 'go for it'.

I was aware that the one child policy had been scrapped. I wasn't aware of the birth rate problem.

If part of the problem is the lack of girls being born - presumably because parents are somehow selecting male babies - then they should incentivise parents to have female children (perhaps give them a new car!!).

A confrontation with China is coming (economically rather than militarily...hopefully!). Australia tried to stand up to China and got punished. The 'West' has to stand united....unfortunately I'm not sure we have the politicians to do that (a spineless lot).

There are certain fiscal requirements that TRMR have to meet to list in US (certainly on NASDAQ).....which we have discussed before. I don't know whether TRMR after current results meets all of those requirements.
I suppose a merger with a company that is already listed is another option.

So 'apparently' there is no requirement for TRMR to alert us (via an RNS) as to when the results will be published....I certainly wasn't expecting them today. I had pencilled in next week (18th Mar).

Will be interesting to see if the SP gains can be maintained.
