FUM gets these unexplained rallies....which often fizzle out after a few days.

Doesn't the Google/Newscorp agreement sound very similar to the way things work already....albeit Goggle are now paying a monthly fee.

Google users get a snippet of news but if they want the full article they have to go to NewsCorps website....and agree to the T&C's (with TRMR advertising). Most people don't bother with the full article (unless it really interests them)....which is presumably what they would have been doing before.

TRMR doesn't have access to the Google platform/users via the Newscorp deal...or does it?

As the BBC article said (if one can believe the BBC!!) the Google deal with News Corp is their attempt to resolve the Aussie law that has caused FB to block all news content.

'Clever' money may be positioning for the RNS relating to the FDA meeting....which more than likely is going to green light the trial as described by Ken James. This isn't really news as such but just confirmation of what is already known. It could give the SP a temporary boost.

There seems to be a pattern in the SP performance, quite tight ranges. Upcoming news could break it out of that pattern....Up or down!!

The big unknown is how they are going to fund the trial and that announcement could also be quite soon. Potential partner supplying funds would be positive...other forms of funding are also options (less positive perhaps if they involved dilution). But regardless the funding for the trial & for general company spending needs sorting in a few weeks or months.

Seems unlikely that Google would pass on ad revenue to ANY company...unless they had no alternative.
I would have thought the basis of the agreement between Google & News Corp is for News Corps content....which would be unlikely to include their advertising.
But I suppose one would have to read the small print.

I believe there are certain financial requirements for a listing to be possible, but if management were to identify it as a goal then investors may be pleased.

Gino, I believe you have hit the nail on the head - but without the 'almost' - it is a cult. He wants it, he will aim to keep it. It feeds his narcissim.

Political commentators said that once a president leaves office political influence quickly drains away....but we have never had a 'political' cult before. I suspect that is what the GOP leadership are really concerned about.

However Biden isn't a long term solution. I don't know if he is even expected to last 4 years. Which leaves Kamala standing in the next presidential election....I'm not sure if she is electable (another Hilary!!)

The danger is that in 4 years time we either get Trump back or mini-Trump, so will have to go through all this madness & divisiveness again.....unless the Republican party can detoxify themselves of their Trump addiction.

'Apparently' Texans sue the councils for making their cars rusty....or probably nearer the truth is that they simply don't have any salt in Texas or gritting machinery.

Motivation...nobody knows. Some people have made some wild guesses. But they are just guesses (IMO). Obviously someone who doesn't like the cut of TRMR/TAP/RTHM/Blinkx's jib (for a very long time).

Good to see that you've added a slight caveat to your 'very strong buy'. Wouldn't want 'widows & orphans' to get too heavily involved in FUM. This share ain't for them (IMO).

A dividend of some sorts could well be on the cards (given previous management indicators). Although the mention of a dividend went down like a bucket of cold sick from some people on here. Personally I could live with one.
