They would be idiots not to persue - or at least make it a goal - for listing in US. I don't think they are idiots!!
So it shouldn't be much of a surprise...indeed we have been talking about it for ages. It doesn't cost them anything to set it as a goal and it will support the SP. Win win!!

Tricky, I'm not confused about why they aren't paying a dividend but why the mixed message!

Obviously the 'sensible' thing is to spend any cash (buy back excluding) on expanding a high growth business. So why go to the bother of getting court approval for a dividend?....which would send a signal to investors to expect a dividend.

Perhaps it is something to do with Israeli company law and this is the 'normal' thing to do. Just not seen it before. 'Most' UK companies don't need approval from a court before they issue a dividend.

I'm a little confused:

As you correctly noted. The FDA meeting took place and it was 'constructive'. So awaiting the minutes to the meeting, after which they will announce any additional funding requirements (if required). They will be working on the trial and just awaiting the 'green light' of the minutes. The recent funding will be very handy & being used (I expect).

I seem to remember quite a long wait for previous minutes...up to 6 weeks as you suggest. There is probably quite a laborious FDA process that requires quite rigorous checking.

Perhaps time for some more deals & additional fund raising by Mr Barder!

Final results approx 7-8 weeks away, so we should find out the impact of the new mining technique on production.

theItalian, thanks for that, I missed that bit in the last RNS. Normally there is a post FDA meeting RNS stating that it had taken place and roughly what FUM had taken from it (subject to confirmation by the minutes of the meeting). Not this time. Perhaps because they need the actual official minutes to confirm to the market the cost of the FDA trial. How long do FDA take to release the minutes?

There is an RNS due on the FDA meeting.

In the past the FDA meetings have taken place on schedule and FUM have issued an RNS soon after.

theItalian, it would be interesting to know his thoughts because he had the SP drop spot on....when I would have been expecting a continued steady rise to 101p and beyond (JOKE!!)

Perhaps it was Fibonacci. Perhaps he just foresaw the large number of Friday buyers becoming sellers - 'presumably' after 101p never materialised.

Perhaps we will never know what he was thinking. But it was very prescient.

Was the rerate to be 'Up' or 'Down'?

Initially I would have taken it to mean a significant increase in the SP. But at 22:50 last night a drop in SP was forecast (correctly!): "Expecting a fall in share price tomorrow buckle up"

So now I am confused. Was the rerating a medium to long term increase in SP or was the predicted fall this morning the rerating?

Either way, the predicted fall today was spot on the money. Kudos to Formul1187.

Been there, done that!!
The 'problem' with going 'deep' into the science - regarding MED3000 especially- is that it doesn't really exist. Nobody really knows how it works and we don't need to ('apparently)...Viagra & paracetamol being quoted examples.
A lot of the investment 'potential' of FUM is based on faith....which could easily drive the SP higher. Those Chinese investors like a gamble (from what I have seen & heard).
So a lot of the short term potential for FUM is based on speculation....which has zero to do with the 'science'. We may find that MED3000 doesn't actually sell as well as people expect....as happened with other FUM products.
It may be wise to bank some profits along the way (it they are available). The potential for disappointment is always quite high with companies like FUM.
Have a punt by all means but don't bet the house on FUM (IMO).....unless you like to live dangerously!!

Milktray, you might see 98p again. But a lot of shares have been issued since those days. So FUM really need a deliverable & marketable blockbuster product to get there (IMO). Speculation isn't going to cut the mustard with FUM....although stranger things have happened I suppose.

Reading the RNS I'm a little confused. Seems that £2m is allocated for FDA approval & general company spending (pay & pensions). But the £4m seems to be allocated for Chinese regulatory approval....which won't allow it to be spend on the FDA trial (or will it?)

Depending on the size of the FDA trial they may need to top up the current funding from other sources....or Mr Barder (et al) takes a pay cut.
