Patience is needed imo - for traders this is great but in 12 months time we should be nearer 1 pound or more anyway imo - any views?

You understand this sector better than most and certainly much better than me. The potential at Salinbas - can we compare that with Solgold and GGP and we are also producing and not just exploration and then conclude we are greatly undervalued? Or am I missing something?

There's a surprise with Ditest wasn't expecting that and possible phase 3 data by 2024.

"The consequence of this decision is that the registration programme for DITEST™ required for submission of an NDA (New Drug Application) and marketing approval could comprise of only two further clinical studies: a multiple ascending dose study followed by a single pivotal Phase III trial. The Company expects that data from the Phase III study could be available as early as 2024 to support an NDA filing in the US."

With 2 successful phase 3s already completed and Alkindi already selling in several countries and expected approval also shortly in US and expected approval for its second drug Chronocort in Europe this is still undervalued imo - it's not an early stage biotech with years and years before any revenue is generated and the market cap even after yesterday's increase is still £76m. That market cap was based on in Alkindi and Chronocort and now we have to factor in Ditest whose route to market has potentially been brought forward by several years and at reduced cost. Lower cost means that the company is most likely to be able to fund the further trials itself from its existing cash and ever growing income from Alkindi and Chronocort next year imo.

Is there another more exciting biotech prospect out there? Can't be many like this.

He's obviously bitter that even though it took us 5 months to realise we still turned around the test in a matter of weeks - by his reasoning. Turn that around - his company realised 5 months ago that you can make a spit test and 5 months later there is no test! Seems his company have not been spitting on the research tests strips but their investors - confirmed by your fellow investor earlier on today - the company not being truthful.

Looks like you made a bad investment decision no need to take it out on us.

Nova remind of Apple - (or is that not the best example?) constantly improving their tech - in 3 months, 6 months tests etc will have been refined even further imo.

Have you just bagged a few hundred thousand Nolupus? Price has just shot up?

First mover advantage think they are losing that as well on the spit test.

By the time they come out with their "quick" test there will most likely be other entrants in the market.

That was said about Qiagen but you can just as easily apply it to Nova.

Just on a side-note I see Ygen have appointed a joint broker isn't that normally a prelude to a placing?

Has it not just opened up a global market but with better sound, audio and security using Loopup?

When this share was 400 these dynamics weren't there ie a global market?

Add in WFH focus going forward and I'd say company has a good future.

I differentiate between revenue streams and product range.

If you look at only revenue stream then yes we are a covid stock mainly. But we have a far bigger infectious disease range of products and I see us as an infectious disease company.

By the same analysis AVCT's main business is treatments and cancer - sorry not looked at them in any detail. But if they successfully launch the covid product (s) most of their income if not all for the time being will be from covid. But AVCT will tell you that is not their main business covid is a sideline.

Just to add and clarify we are more than just a covid stock!

Yes we have fitted into midcap company shoes very easily. It's like we were always a several hundred million cap company not the tiny outfit from earlier this year. We have big company ambitions compare that to the competition (there isn't any yet from the so called UK covid stocks) who still have a small company mindset.

Who knows successful covid stocks will be on the radar of the big boys. We have enough good news of our own to propel the share price forward without needing to talk about takeover if it happens it happens

I've averaged up with a top up not something I like or normally do but other posters on other boards say statistically it's more successful than averaging down

Maybe now it will start closing the valuation gap with Pexip?
