Clouds - From my understanding, if you had over 43 shares after rounding off, they would have given 7 shares, that is what i understood from the RNS. Also I dont expect any additional shares sold post consolidation to subject to normal trading feee. I also understand they would only pay if the value if over �5.. I might be wrong with all the above..

I thought placing of news share was not bought up at AGM and hence there wasnt meant to be that equity issued at 2p. Did i miss something??

Not sure if they are trying to be smart by paying in equity and taking them down too eventually. Bot sure why would a consultant except equity at 0.05p when the market price is 0.037p. That is almost 2 millions less shares for £2500..

Thanks Guys, I looked at some RNS for Sula and they had lot of dilution over last year and interestingly most of it was at lot higher price from today's price and some of those investers are still stuck out (although they might be pulling their hair off, who knows). Recent update for Ferensola gold project says they are waiting for results, any idea how of the timelines? Same for the cobalt project, it talks about the extention but doesn't specify how long does it take. Also Murphy's profile on linkedin shows he is Geologist with his recent roles in financials which is positive sign to me. Sp drop over last year has been worrying thought, but it does have a lot of slip now.. I might just take a small punt here..

I agree with aerial. I am here for a punt with few million shares bought around at 0.3 average price.. As aerial said, if it clicks it is likely to fly or alternative is that the company will go bust and you lose everything.. I cant see sp going much lower now, either fly or bust from here on.. Fortunately for me, I am not here for long with high initial buying price, unlike most people on this board... Although I have been there previously with some other shares..

Thanks Cherryburn.. I dont think its worth the hassle to travel to London... I saw his recent interview with Proactive and though he was looking confident as first impression. I will keep away from this from some more time and see what goes in next.. Will check the results over the 3 years, I couldn't find on LSE as ABM was new name, but I would check their website to get this info.

Wheeler, I was in similar situation with VAL - 94% down but averaged down towards the bottom by buying for original value and got into 300% potential profit within months (although I didnt sell at that time but I am still in profit). I was lucky to time this right. I cant see LSAI sp going down massively at this point (unless it goes bust which no one can guarantee) and it might be wise to average down if you can.

Well i meant each trade size is 10035 shares... not sure if its an error or someone building up on massive order in small chunks..
