I think this RNS is just to calm the market and speculations. I would have liked more details of the partners including names and terms of the deal. This is unlikely to fly very far without those details as seen from early market reaction. Remember we were around 7p based on speculation of 401 deal in Nov/Dec 2017 ..

Agreed, it sounds like another cash call coming as I don't think they have money to survive even until H1 2019 I.e. end of 201 trial. This time it will be 0.3p. I am amazed at how mismanaged this company is, if they wanted money to run the company, they should have done it in large chunks when the sp was high last year rather than going out begging every 2 months. But then, common sense is not always common. OXB recently provided their results/update and mentioned that one of their deals took about 18 months of talks until it was signed while another took about a year..

Results looking good, from £1.9m loss in 2017 to £13.4 m profit and revenue increasing by 78%. This is looking good on long term with more facilities and R&D investments coming along.

All comments are good.. so no apologies. I have been here for over 5 years now and have seen it all from 72p down to 0.8 now with lot of promises and fund raises in between. I do understand they need money to run the research but raise money repeatedly at huge discounts is annoying. They should have planned it better and raise larger sums at once at higher price..

With no RNS to raise the more funds.. I am guessing it will probably in day or two.. I was one of the most positive posters for VAL until 4 months ago when I realised BOD were taking a Mick.. Having said that, I still believe in the drugs but it's just poor management..

This facility will be used for processing patient cells (like Morris plains) with the stuff OXB is making. So this should have no impact on OXB work with novartis. Maybe people are doing panic sell without understanding the the press release.
