Just had a look at the results and it seems we are long way away from making money.. it seems like there might be more dilution on the way towards end of the year at this silly sp and probably some consolidation too.. Disappointed to say the least.. Need to go into bottom drawer back again..

Wildbunch - totally agree that we are not going to get running commentary and these deals take a while. As I have said lot of times previously, the risk with there clinical stage pharma is that the drug doesnt work, but we have got the positive results now, its all about getting a fair value for the same and that takes time in pharma.

I have been in miner - GGP where they were giving running commentary (interviews, RNS and twitter) a couple of months ago and as soon as they raised funds, he went into hibernation. I see that as a bad intent than silence of VAL .

To me its all about the faith in science of VAL, if you believe it, stick around as the money will come one day - hopefully before 2019 ticks. The only concern is the financial situation of the VAL which could mean that they can be pushed to raise more cash before the deal.

tozerk - it will be easily double figure. look at the cuurent mcap. with sp at 10p, it will still be just 47m or so.. which is not a lot compared to expected price of the deal and the potential market of val 401.

3card - not ure what you mean by sp has remained below pre consol price. post consolidation the price was 750p and it has remained above that largely due the the axovant deal announced soon after.
are you expecting sp to fall to 13p i.e. 650p post consolidation? I dont think that is likely to happen.

Agree everything takes time and GH knows how long it takes better than you and me. So he shouldnt have said any timelines publicly in my opinion. If not for those timelines, I would have been out of this when it was 2p+ as I don't trust these guys, and I have been proved once again why I shouldn't trust them.

To be honest, I expected funding to have been run out by now.. not sure how we haven't got any news for placing or deal. My gut feeling says that they are trying to prevent any placing as the deal might be close but a deal could sometimes take annoyingly longer than anyone including VAL is expecting. I hope they can manage it without the raise before placing.

Delayed by 200% time? It's been 6 weeks instead of two. For something with such short durations I would not expect weeks of delays. As other posters have said, GH has gone in hibernation as soon as he got the money even tough for weeks before the placing he repeatedly said loudly that he had sufficient money until next year. All of this looks dodgy to me now..

Where are the results of the samples sent to Jberg for analysis. It was meant to take 4 to 6 weeks and it's more than 8 to 10 weeks now. Did anyone ask this question to the meeting? Or did I miss something as I was not following this in last few weeks.

I agree with Aber.. I had the same question where are the news where he said results from the drilling will be out on 2 weeks in video interview in July. Has anyone asked this question to GH? As I said previously, he was ramping it up for the placing and misinformed the shareholders.. I wouldn't trust him and will be out of this as soon as my holding goes into blue slightly..

We were supposed to get the results back from the lab in 4-6 week from early June.. where are they?

Chan: I not not sure if it could be making most % gain.. but this is definitely in the list of most % loss for this year.. It all depends on how you calculate % gain.. from the lowest or the price at start of the year..

Yes, good time to reduce the losses for those who had in 800p days.. after the news, this could tell off the cliff once again..

If I remember correctly, GH mentioned in the last video intervierw that sampling results will be available in 2 weeks... I think its the time for the RNS now

I think the overall deal will be lot more than £250m but upfront payment could be around £20m.. look at recent deal of OXB for Parkinson's with Axovant $850m - while the drug is going in to Phase 2.. It all depends on negotiation power of the VAL and how desperate they are.. that is why recently AGM was vital as they have that cushion for negotiations..
