This is pathetic. Never thought this would go below 3p this time last year. What insane management of this organisation. And why raise the money at 30% discount? They could have planned this 3-4 months ago when they raised last at a lot higher price. I cannot believe there could be idiots like these managing the organisation. Seems like my hard earned £20k are going down the drain.. Really annoyed at this management.

This has happened few days ago - trades with same volume. I think someone is filling up big order without affecting the price massively.

I don't get it.. why give such a huge discount when there is positive momentum in the sp? It seems some mat3s wanted to get a slice at lower price?

looking at companies house it seems VAL has already for 5-6 companies valiseek, ValiSrc, valipharma, Valirx Bioinnovation, Valirx and now another one and GM is director in all of them. Not sure what are the other companies doing or formed for? Is this the means of directors saving on taxes? Further the new company has one Indian and other seems Bangaladesi guy as two of the four director. The Bangaladrahi guy is director in lot of business so he is businessmen probably investing into VAL.. now the investment must surely give some return.. I would be interested to know why they got so many companies in first place?

I think £12 is achievable. It was 1050 not long ago and some analyst have even higher predictions, i think 1450. so £120 is in the middle of recent highs and broken views

From what I understood they are also in conversation with partners for 101 and 301 as per podcast. So that is likely to be a deal too but not as big as 401 as it's at early stage.. I think so can still go to 7p on that news as it will give rough idea of 401 deal... That's all imo

Great podcast and it seems all products have something to look forward to in coming months.. He also spelled out a bit more that it will be JV / partner for VAL401 and as I have said numerous time previously, These deals take time. If they are planning for P3 to start early next year than expect the news in next couple of months. Although the only update missing from the interview was regarding immediate finances and money in the bank. But I get the feeling that is covered with news for 401 or even 101 partnering with chinese/ US.. Exciting times and I don't see much risk with these.. Even with limited P2 data as someone mentioned repeatedly, 401 holds great value due to the potential market of the indication it works on.. lung cancer is one of the most common one - thanks to all the tobacco companies..

They won't be able to raise sufficient amount of money for phase 3 to be carried out by themselves.. especially at this sp.. They won't go into trials by themselves for sure..

Tozerk - it says they are in detailed discussion with third party partners for VAL 401. They have also said first patient will be dosed early next year means the discussion should be very close to coming off.. I don't think they can spell out anything more on it..
