I don't think investor has paid the premium price as it states in RNS. look at the fees for each tranche - about 20% which is lot of money especially for them as they are cash strapped. Also cove4sion will happen at 95% of closing price of 15 days.. which means discount again and their comment is misleading. There is lot more dilution coming our way, I think they had high hopes for VAL401 to secure funds but that has gone all wrong. Can these guys issue so many warrants without shareholder approval? That's about £1.2m worth of warrants in 45 days..! And more to follow..

Thats good from LSE. Hopefully that guy is safe and healthy. I think the matter like these should also be reported to emergency services at the earliest. It makes a difference when someone reaches to the spot in person to prevent any mishap rather than just a call which might have been too late if something had already happened.

Probably a lesson for all of us for future.

I think the logic which people explained at the time was that shorters cannot close off their positions and until the position is close, you cannot get your profit. In summary, there are no buyers for shorts to sell to.

At the end of the day, brokers are the winners in these situations.

I think shorters lose if it goes in admin. If I am correct it happened with CLLN last year.
