Thanks Paddy. I do appreciate that the figures are still considerable for GGP even with 30% stake. I think it's all about cash in hand and newcrest is doing well with theirs.
Hopefully following this, GGP will be in position do the same with other projects they are owning 100% stake.

Well I am not expert into this but selling 70% stake at that price sounds a bit stupid. It should have been more of 50-50% if this proved good.
In my opinion keeping 30% stake didnt make much sense, ofcourse better than nothing though.

So basically it jackpot for Newcrest and not GGP. It's better to be on newcrest side if this comes good. Although this might be small in their terms.

Well that seems like a bargain for £65.
Also any positive news on Haverion should not have massive impact on GGP sp as it will only get 30% of income.

I had expected the fall this week as it was very evident that we were being manipulated but large buyer / MMs. If the rise was because of news, it would have been announced next day at the latest but it didnt happen.
Good luck to those who got sucked into this but, it won't be the bad price if you hold on. Risk is all or nothing

The reason for the rise could be because someone might be building a stake. Followed by some muppets buying in thinking the rise is due to news to come.
Having said that, it's still not a bad price for most to average down and probably a factor that many might be topping up

Agreed that downside is limited as 0.14 is closer to 0 than 1.0. £30k at stake with average around 3.5p. But I lost hope after it slid under 1.0p. It is poorly managed company but at the end, if I can get my investment back, I would be very happy.

Seems like this got pumped yesterday. Most likely, it will be back to square one at 0.14p today :(

So with the current mcap of around £70m there is potential of over 10 bag ! What will GGP get from this partnership? Is newcrest likely to buy it outright or is GGP likely to have a partnership model?

I have lost all hope. I think BOD is just looking to collect the last bits before the ship is drowned. How the he'll do they get to this level if they don't have a clue of what is going on!
I think if any company that goes Just, BOD who has held their positions for set amount of time in the company should be banned from taking senior positions in any public company even if they quit 6 months before going bust. That would be one way to ensure these idiots don't thrive on our hard earned money

Nice to see this rise and another day of similar rise will give break even to me.
I am invested here mainly because of confidence I got for Mark's profile. I don't understand much about AI or how location stuff works in advert.
