To be honest I am surprised by the lack of comments from the posters following the news. Is everyone deflated?

I am not urging to punish them because they failed to build the organisation but for the reason they have been shameless money suckers for years. I have been here for 7 years with over £30k invested.
They never put their money and always blackmailed SH for raising more funds by lying all along.

Agreed bankfool. They have all got us bankrupt with most LTH over 99% down. These guys should be out of job too.
Though I fear that they have other companies also floated who will probably take over all of their assets and IP as soon as this goes into administration. They have got their net wide spread. I am not sure but is there anything which can be done legally?

Teamhanz and Valju, it doesn't work that way mates. That is what I am telling you. Some patents are lot more and some worth nothing, so you cant put the same value for all in first place. Secondly if these patents are associated with Val401 it's part of the package in the deal and not valued by itself and rather by treatment and expected sale.
Please enlighten me to any example where someone has paid value for each patent.

Valju I like your optimism and calculation. I wonder how did you put a value of £15 on each patent. If you are thinking that's the way it works, you should not be investing in pharma.
If each patent equates to £15, I could probably retire shortly.. loll

On the other hand guys, quite happy with the start this new year. My other holding in PHE has been rising for past few weeks from 0.26p to 0.90p in few weeks time
