How does W2T going public impact PHE? Sorry I have not been following this closely so any facts would be appreciated.

Seems like the muted reaction to the news this morning in terms of SP move.

Just wondering why would people sell it at this price? To me this company has a great potential with this technology.

Guys, anyone knows potential reason for the downward drift on this one? I agree that this has a great potential but cant understand the reason for the drift.

In simple terms, this raise for me is like BOD begging out their for their salaries to live a posh life. I have seen so many companies where in tough situations like this, boards take part/full salary for some time as the share options. Just wonder how many people are employed with Valirx. I can only find executive team level guys in LinkedIn

Good news. All those bashing this after Monday's RNS should be silent. Exit fees of under £150k is acceptable to me as the agreement was worse than this. Another positive is that Novum is taking shares in lieu of fees which can only be exercised after 3 years. A sign of confidence. They would know this is not going bust at least.

Of this RNS? I don't get it. The people who follow this knows about the technology. They should have rather contacted the broadcaster to maybe create another show to follow up with their potential technology and also raised this with government environmental minister at westermister. This would have automatically created the publicity/awareness with all local councils and public and possibly internationally too. They should still consider the above!

Well I don't care if people are negative or positive, what baffles me is how easily and slight rise can change people's mindset even though nothing much had changed. We all knew the death is still looking around this for months and even today. Then a week later when sp goes back to normal and people start bashing it again. I agree to change of sentiment with news, but can't get it how people change without news..!

Lol.. just 10 days ago, people all these negative posters today were ramping this up when it went to 0.5p. People were talking about 7p, 20p etc etc and buying yacht.. It's running how quickly people change their mindset.

Well, so all those criticising RNS from this morning? What do they think would have been a better news regarding immediate funding and the situation VAL is in currently? I agree iceman - this could be as good as it can be at this stage. Finance sorted for few months and they are not as desperate as they were this time last week.

I feel this news is positive. I am sure lot of people who have woken up this morning feel the same and SP will go up.
