I agree, they have gone too far. I would make sure I haunt them for rest of their lives in their new ventures shortly because of their deeds on VAL.
All of us should maybe by being public nightmare for them and ripping them off on social platforms for rest of their lives.

Lesson learnt - look at the LinkedIn profile of this company and its directors. I should have done this before investing tens of thousand into this crap.
People at that level dont even have proper profile on commercial platform. To be honest I doubt they are even doctors!!!

I had email Tarquin and info email this afternoon. Not surprisingly, I have no response.
If the meeting goes ahead tomorrow, I will make sure I log a complaint against the directors for not following the govt advise.
I will also see what can be done from public companies responsibilities point of view as their decision to continue meeting as illegal and not giving opportunity for shareholders to attend should definitely be violation of some rules public companies got to comply with.
Anyone with more info on the above can share.

I am very surprised that they haven't communicated anything about EGM tomorrow following government's restrictions to travel.
If they go ahead with this, I think they should be notified for not following govt advise to work remotely as they are not key workers nor the shareholders attending the meeting.
This is bizarre but I am not surprised getting this from VAL.
Has anyone emailed them to ask about tomorrow?

Although I agree of the great upside potential but I dont trust align research as they do publish things for selfish reasons

As expected lockdown issued. So meeting should be cancelled. Company should provide an update with alternative and probably send an online invite to join.
We are in 2020 and technology should be used.

Have you contact VAL about this meeting. I think London will shutdown by 25th anyway.
Probably GM and SV have got another reason to not show up again.
Maybe they should take advantage of govt announcement of wages today to fill up some of their pockets even further and keep this afloat for another week ;)

Minjin- unless you want to keep away from AIM stocks, GGP is doing well and has been in news a lot recently. PHE is another one to think about.
Recently invested in EQTEC (only small punt) at rock bottom price but this company was not doing well until new CEO took over in sept 2019.

FTSE at 4000 is another 23%, almost likely it will be blue finish.
Anything could happen but last couple of days, people are piling in on cheap shares for the feared sellers

IG crashed so no one can trade. I was looking to sell some this morning but it crashed before that
