Just read the issue RNS, it looks like shares were added on 06th, so new SHs also had the chance to vote.
Why would new SH vote at removing the directors if they got a bargain. I suppose that would have been negotiated anyway.

There was a post earlier that new shares will be added on 15 april which confused me. Anyway, these crooks have managed to find their way out once more.

If we want to take action, it should be now rather than waiting for another 2 months before they start to blackmail us again for money.

Are the new shares not added yet and new SH wont have boting right for these resolutions? If so we stand a chance else it is a lost cause.

I am struggling to understand the point of today's RNS.
There is no new information. Why did they not put it in the RNS last week itself. This wasn't rocket science information.
I think these clueless guys have been pulled by someone to share the obvious bits as they have been stupid. Even today's RNS did not say how they are managing as their funds should have been nil.
This lockdown restrictions are there since Monday last week, but these muppets still dont have an alternative plan.

As they said they had money for only 6 weeks which is over now, I would have expected the RNS to include how they will manage until the meeting is rearranged and their management of Covid19 situation, its impact on them like many other companies have communicated.

Guys, a possible reason for current RNS and this not going bust today might be the £2500 offer of help from the govt in lieu of salary lost.
Just image who will employ these idiots in the current scenario. It is compromise from them to take advantage of the govt offer. They should know the outcome of the voting, I suppose and this should have been communicated.

I honestly struggle to believe they are even humans. I hope I never come across more shameless people than these ever again.
They have no self respect, how could they tolerate so much humiliation and continue without change.
If I was one of them, I would have left long ago but then I suppose these dumb idiots know they are incapable of finding any other source of free money.
I wish they along with their families are out begging and all their theft from VAL is spent on treating their illnesses for rest of their lives. I know I am going too far now but they have no right to live with humans.
