Great day and very good volume. 700+ trades today is far more than the total number of trades in past month.

I agree with Analyst. I would expect atleast 10 bag from here to think of selling. Clean energy will be the future and next 5-10 years will belong to these companies.

A pet from ITM, PHE, VLS, AFC, are there any other ones like EQT to get a cheap entry. I am invested in PHE and here. VLS is on radar but they are 5 years away from production, ITM is already too high.

Water field, I have not sold in here, in fact, I had another topup today (not planned, but could not resist), had couple early last week. So not the best time to be out of this.

On other investments, I have put some money in clean energy stock, PHE and EQT. I like to diversify in different sectors and clean energy stocks will be future for the next decade...

To those who are questioning the finance bits, please check the investors presentation from earlier in the month. This was discussed if I remember correctly, David has got a plan. He said he is not worried as the major investor who is financing the debt is happy to help without possibly raising the equity.

I think there is a glitch is the system. All my holdings showing random prices and a big difference at close.

Not invested here but I thought there might be fireworks here today. Is the news expected either today or monday regarding AE stake? Reading somewhere (cannot find the info now), i thought the timeline for this decision was extended for few more months.

I agree there could be speeding ticket today UNLESS something is happening in the background, in which case they cannot say that the rise is for unknown reason.

I am hoping they have missed atleast couple of Zeros in that figure.. I mean really, why would you even do this?? Lawyer fees might cost you more to get this agreement sorted. OMG, what is wrong with these guys ....!
There is also 1m cap on royalties but this doesn't spell out % of royalties. I suppose this would be non exclusive agreement but hey this is VAL and I should not assume this..

London, UK, 29 May 2020: ValiRx (AIM:VAL) announces that it has entered into a deed of assignment with Drug Discovery Technologies Limited ("DDTech") ("Assignment Agreement") for the patents, materials and know-how associated with its non-core intellectual property "FitBio" and "TRAC" ("Relevant IP") ("Disposal").

 

The Company announced on 29 April 2020 that it was in talks with a third party in relation to a joint venture of certain non-core intellectual property of the Company - GeneICE, TRAC and BioFit, these talks have now concluded and ValiRx has entered into this Assignment Agreement for the intellectual property associated with FitBio and TRAC to DDTech.

 

The consideration of the Disposal is an immediate payment of £2,000 and a royalty on net sales made by DDTech in relation to the exploitation of the Relevant IP until 29 May 2023, capped at a maximum of £1 million.

 

As an assignment, rather than a Joint Venture, ValiRx is not responsible for future liabilities associated with the Relevant IP which will result in cost savings for the Company.

 

On 29 April 2020 the Company announced that GeneICE was subject of the talks with the third party.  The Company confirms that GeneICE is not subject to this agreement.

What a joke, IP for £2000, which is less than directors weeks salary.
Maybe they will sell of VAL 401 for £10k next and Val201 for around that price.
Very disappointed - maybe they should sell the entire VAL for £50k to private party and leave us alone in peace.

Omar, German stock is expensive than UK. it is 0.044 euro which is equivalent to around 4p in UK.

Last weeks sale I mentioned was actually on 15 May for 20m shares at 0.152, when the actual price was around 0.18p. I remember this as I topped up same afternoon

That trade looks like a buy. Definitely cant be a sell at that price around that time. 3m sell at 15:16 was at 0.192
I remember a big sell last week was around 0.15p and the quantity was way less than this trade.

Researching more on this, it seems like ticker PEGYF was for US listing.all the company info is correct but it says delisted there...

Jab - maybe David Ryan will be surprised at this news too. Loll I am surprised this has never been mentioned before here and by PHE themselves.

It seems like ticker is 'BT81' for PHE on german stock exchange but price is different on different sites and also looks like it has longer trading hours. I am not aware of trading hours of german exchanges.

It seems like it only got listed of Frankfurt exchange since monday as I cannot find sp graph before that, at on this site.

Is this the reason for increased activity and rise? I am not sure how it works with company listed in multiple exchanges in terms of number of shares, mcap and sp effects.

Surely if this was the case then it should have been an RNS, right?
