Did anyone here managed to get any shares from subscription? I am gutted at this missed opportunity to recover some losses.
I tried to buy some in open market this morning but was going to NT.
If the subscription could have been done online I would have managed to get some but calling the broker to sort these things is pain, probably expensive pain.

It was busy day at work and didnt get chance to get any shares from the placing. I was very surprised it was fully subscribed by afternoon. I am very disappointed at this missed opportunity :(

Fred, apologies but I never meant that way. You both are very active on this BB and I found it little strange with the number of post you guys had here since yesterday, so it just made me wonder.
Normally Valju is very active especially when those news dropped in and you guys were the main guys behind this change. There is no post from Valju since yesterday, I hope he is well.
I didnt mean to say any wrongdoing on your part but what I meant was that if you have been in conversation with Suzy and Val, you might have come across some information which prevents you from posting your views here, that's it.

Didnt meant dilution, I meant wrap up of VAL

This is not coincidence. I think two idiots kept the news from public for reason. They were expecting dilution and wanted to run away with the baked dish for cheap from admins. I cannot think of anything else.
I am hoping VAL themselves investigate those beggars, I will be happy to fund money or accept dilution for this purpose. Those idiots need to be behind bars

London, UK., 1 May 2020: ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), the clinical stage biotechnology company, announces that it has signed an agreement with a global Japanese pharmaceutical company to evaluate Valirx's therapeutic, VAL301, for the purpose to contemplate a potential future license, for its use in the treatment of endometriosis.

 

The Material Transfer Agreement ("MTA") covers the evaluation of VAL 301 in a series of preclinical proof of concept and efficacy studies relating to endometriosis.  Studies are also scheduled to consider proprietary delivery methods for the compound.

 

The Japanese Company has already conducted a thorough review of Valirx's prior data under terms of a confidentiality agreement, and now wishes to use material provided by Valirx to conduct their own experiments.

 

By way of context, ValiRx has developed its VAL301 decapeptide for use in the treatment of endometriosis, while the Japanese Company has a range of pre-clinical assays for testing drug candidates for use in the treatment of endometriosis, as well as several commercial and developmental products in women's health, and other healthcare areas.

 

To both parties' mutual potential benefit therefore and under the terms of the MTA, ValiRx will supply the required quantities of compound, while the Japanese sponsor will be responsible for undertaking an agreed programme of work at its own expense.
