I dont think Veira meant to say he got the placing shares. He said got more between 6p and 10p. There is a difference on how you read it, unless viera confirms he got some placing.
I think the way of placing was not correct and I prefer traditional means (allows to buy certain % of holding) of shareholder involvement in dilution. This was just a tick box exercise from VAL to show that they got the current SH involved in placing.

Shadow - however I am invested here and see the potential upside. So if you want to invest, DyOR rather than relying on align research.

I dont trust align research as there are times when they hold investments in these companies and use their note to Pump up for shellfish reasons. I was bitten by their notes / tweets in VAL.

Callum’s key focus today was on how we targeted drilling to discover the high grade zone at Havieron in 2018 - and the exciting part is that our field work last year identified multiple high priority targets in the Paterson with similar geophysical characteristics to Havieron.

Does SVE have any debt? Having looked at the results in FEB 2020, it looks like only £60k debt. Is that correct as that represents results ending 30 Sep 2019?

Does anyone have an idea of typical times for PFS and FS? I am in agreement that they might not bid for HAV until then, unless ofcourse NC thinks they will end up paying more with 30% after FS than with 60% without PFS and MRE.

Agree Bankfool and I have had same experience. Normally open offers are based on the percentage of Shares you currently hold but in this case it seems like anyone (Existing SH) could buy any amount of shares they which. I dont think there was a max. cap.
