NGR1616 - I have just checked my HL account and they have undone the error / duplicate transaction on PHE today. Surprisingly, they have let me account go into negative as I had used some of those funds.
I would like to THANK YOU for sharing your experience, else I would have just left it thinking it was probably my mistake.
I am very impressed with HL and their service, the only issue is that are a bit expensive especially if you are not a frequent trader, so I have my ISA with Iweb, whose service is completely opposite to HL's
