Does this mean it is open to everyone to subscribe via their broker?
I dont see anything on my broker's notification.

I am stuck in ORPH as I got spiked couple of weeks ago, I am about 25 to 30% down..
Seem to have lot of potential but it doesn't get reflected in sp. But it might be due to large seller like we had here.

Is GGP entering AIM 100? Where is this conversation coming from?

If they were all at 0.5p then it would be £291,500... simple maths right?

Couple of weekends ago, in GGP, a poster named Hydrogen did a count of shares held by PIs using LSE and surprisingly found out that about 26% (if i remember correctly) were held by people posting on BB. Maybe we can try some if everyone is happy to put their numbers and someone can add them up?

I can start myself. I hold 52,394 shares in 3 different account.

As everyone commented, it is all looking positive with the new BOD and all the steps going in right direction.
Freddie, there are 2 more things waiting to be actioned as far as SHs request are concerned. 1. What you mentioned about LTH getting opportunity to participate in placing and 2. BODs themselves throwing in their money into placing / buying in open market. Another way for BOD to help VAL is to take part of their remuneration in shares each month at the current market price, not just to show the confidence but also save cash and benefit more from growth of the company.

I have recently got involved with another company similar to VAL recently, I.e. EQT, its story seem similar and about 9 months after new management took over, they seem to be turning things around. I am hoping same for VAL to happen. If one drug is positive, the sp will move fast as MCAP is tiny.

Yes that is reasonable. However , what I read about GeneICE is the patents is worrying. It seems there is no value at all for these patents hence they want to get rid of them to save money. The more I hear these things, more annoyed I get with precious BOD who fooled us with all this worthless IP.

Managed to get 100k at 11.96 near the close. I am happy with the buy..
If this goes down further, I would be happy to get some more..

Hydrogen is not the only gain of DMG tech, for me the bigger gain is getting rid of waste plastic which is a bigger nuisance today and there aren't lot of techs available.
Hydrogen or electricity is a bonus for me. As fuel there might be many alternatives available as lot of companies are working on it, but with my limited knowledge, I cannot say same for waste plastic and tyres.
PHE kills 2 birds with one stone and that is why I am here.

I am not invested on velocys but it is on my watchlist. I had watched their investors presentation few weeks ago and it seems unique tech as expected for a spin out from Oxford University.
The problem I see with VLS is that they are 5 years away from commercial production and it will be grind for SHs until then. BA and Shell are the collaborators in the research and might pump money. Definitely sounds good and I may invest into it after couple of years using some profit from PHE or EQT - I see near term growth in these two.

Thanks guys, I am not selling these at loss unless it was obvious here but I am trying to be little cautious to ensure what I have heard from Cathal can be trusted, by raising questions on here. I am sure there are lot of LTH here who know how this company works.

I dont panic with my investments, if I know the company history and I cannot know this in a week. Over the time you built confidence and I have confidence in my holding where I have been for years.
Anyway, I might add some in my pensions account based on what Cathal said on Vox today and how overall market reacts to fear of second wave..

Apologies guys, I didnt meant to deramp this but it has took me by surprise. I understand the placing was done prior couple of weeks prior to investors presentation and the sp was still fine around 15p. So the sell off of these shares could have probably be started, if those guys wanted to sell.
Anyway, let's see where we end up next week.

Invested here post investor presentation last week and I am over 25% down. I was attracted to this as Cathel said lot of news in the pipeline.

Well there have been couple of RNS in last few days but it seems to be going wrong way. I am struggling to understand what will get this going and today's RNS lacked substance. I agree on confidentiality, but I am sure all contracts would have different terms, variations and therefore making the cost public wont be a disadvantage.
In current scenario, with any information like the RNS today, we would have to wait until end of the year results to understand financial scenario. I am not sure how a company whose agenda is to maximize SH value in long term can achieve their goal with confidentiality such as this.
I hope I will see light at the end of tunnel soon.
Make me think if Cathel is one of those overenthusiastic leaders, who creates hype of everything.
