Since April last year, there has been one constant.
Nobody knows anything about the dispute, - even the nature of the dispute is unconfirmed.
How is anyone looking to buy in before news going to be successful, - IMO there will be no warning, - nothing on the radar.
But perhaps it doesn't matter if you feel sp will not drop much further as the company is worthless, and the cash pile is likely to continue to grow.
I expect to see people buying in specifically to enjoy the sp jump when any resolution is announced, and out strait after.
There only problem will be the elapsed time it takes for that RNS to be issued.
The sp may not fall much more, and the sp may rocket, particlarly on resolution in NCYT's favour. - That's one way of looking at it.

One thing.
Nobody has spoken of the instantaneous sp jump should an RNS land stating a resolution (any resolution) to the DHSC standoff.
Should that resolution be largely to the benefit of NCYT, - "we believe we have very strong grounds to assert our contractual rights", - will majke the jump all the larger.
No idea how long that will take to come, but the more shares you hold the more you benefit.
Something to consider, as is the fact there is unlikely to be much warning IMO.

Not holding ONLY for that reason, but why sell when sp is not far away from Mcap = Cash, that makes no sense to me.

Which is true:
1 We could not find a market for our covid- 19 tests recently.
2 We did not have enough subcontractors manufacturing tests, - we sold all the tests we & any subcontractors made.
3 1 & 2
4 Any other stated reason.

We have never had a problem finding enough raw materials to manufacture in the past.

...That is a far larger percentage reduction than I would be stating for a global customer base.
Just because Boris has decided to scrap plans A & B, doesn't mean RoW are just as stupid.

I suspect many American companies are the ones with the new approvals.
They are the ones who pay Uncle Sam corporation tax.
The US Govnt chooses to squeeze out the foreign competitors, thus nurturing American companies, and trousering corpn. tax year after year.
I can't see why it wouldn't work in UK.
It keeps the US rather than the global economy in good health, protecting American jobs.

The reason I posted the videos was to show new ways that PCR testing could be used.
The second video was dated 06.07.21.
I'm not aware DNA Nudge has successfully negotiated a framework agreement with DHSC / UKHSA, but it might have happened.
From memory our tests work out between seven and eight pounds each and a Q32 / MyGoPro takes around and hour to cycle 30 samples.

I noted the Nudge PCR process had a separate part for RNA extraction, whereas our PROmate assays do not need this.
We are competitive, but as I said, the new ways PCR was being utilised was why I posted.

I don't know about you guys, but I would definitely want a piece of this action for Novacyt.

I can think of a host of diet constraining illnesses for which this product would be useful.
I know - quite a few people don't want their DNA information on any bodies computer.

From David's video presentation last week:

CTDA is applicable to UK market only.
The RoW awaits a fluid handling instrument that has been designed with PROmate in mind.
Much customer interest reported.

So where do we go with BA.2 infection rates now?

1 The next variant will be yet more infectious.
2 Pot luck whether it is more severe
3 How much more capable is BA.2 of re-infecting those who have already had Covid-19?
4 As long as infections are increasing worldwide, the sooner the next variant will appear.

Yet the government continues to dismantle Plans A & B.

It would seem only the NHS being overwhelmed will make Boris & Co understand the error of their ways.

Why would II's invest, when plenty of news is available about the use by TATA MD of IT-IS instrumentation,
but none at all from the company. Is it such a secret?

This is quite possibly an example of news that if made public would move the share price, - and would be mandatory to report.

II's are generally dissuaded from investing in companies run by BoD's that aren't forthcoming about developments.
