Not aware of any merger plans

Sales staff gone as many have reported on this BB from Linked-In research.

There have been some promotions and also changes of responsibility.
We appear to be waiting for further appointments, unless the sales team size has been reduced, but IMO unlikely.

Many members of our well known sales force found other jobs last month.
Not sure they have all been replaced by others (from within or without) yet.
That's a problem for me because

Paris, November 18th, 2021

Rapid diagnostic test manufacturer BIOSYNEX, advised by Natixis Partners Debt Advisory, has announced the signing on November 15, 2021 of a syndicated loan facility for a maximum amount of €109 million.

This transaction was arranged by Caisse d’Epargne Grand-Est Europe, advised by De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.

Through this financing, BIOSYNEX plans to secure the Group’s general needs and pursue its external acquisitions with the ambition of becoming the European leader in the field of rapid POC (“Point Of Care”) diagnostics.

These acquisitions are intended to build up a portfolio of synergistic and complementary technologies in molecular biology and in point-of-care.
In addition, the Group intends to accelerate its international development through the consolidation of its distributors and the creation of new subsidiaries.

IMO Biosynex are doing what they say they are going to do in the foregoing, when purchasing NCYT stock.

1 Josie Harris - was European Sales Manager (Distribution) - Primerdesign, Microgen Bioproducts, IT-IS & Lab21 Healthcare

2 Jacob Barratt - was Regional Sales Manager, South UK

Because there are a number of leavers who have moved on in recent weeks, I am inclined to think that DA, on his 100 day walk-about, decided the future of certain persons wasn't with Novacyt.

Another reason for the expected sales reduction might be because there aren't so many sales staff around.

As a Sales / Marketing wiz, I trust him to know what he's doing, - not that I have many choices.

I think you send this link to all board members ak_gabba, they clearly have a dim view of our future Covid product prospects, and are quite wrong in their beliefs.

I draw strength from the fact that the sentence starts with 'currently',
ie they might already be looking at a smaller percentage reduction.

The SAGE document may improve our boards expectations, as it comes from such a reliable source, - good find.

Russians want Regime change in Kieve.
If that is achieved VERY quickly, - as in much less than a day, - there may be nothing else required but apply the sanctions.
If they take more than a day and there is plenty of blood shed, that's what will spook the market.
I don't think they are interested in sustaining an army of occupation, but that's one outcome.
All they want is the Ukrain president out.
Ukrainians are thinking anti-tank warfare, the Russians may be thinking helicopters and para's.
