MM still has to declare his hand, i still think that he will try to take it private.
I am assuming that the BOD had to declare the bids on the table, for transparency, corp governance, etc.
So I think we are now in a 3 way (at least) bid battle.
170 has been rejected.
I think we open at 170 and go north, very quickly from there.
