How can this move be “good news”?
How can there be “mostly buys” today?
How can you all think that this won’t collapse when it becomes clear that both the bids are bull****?
How can you expect an RNS with bid news to drop anytime soon?

Market very worried that no fresh bid news imminent.
As I’ve said all along, without a PROPER bid. Ie from someone other than one of MM’s cohorts, this is going back to the lows.
I do think that MM will take this private, saying no bidders, he’s the only buyer in town.
Shareholders will be lucky to get more than £2.
Market telling us that without a bid this is not worth much for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been away from my desk. Just turned my screens on. The price is completely unchanged. Despite the fact that Wall Street futures are showing up 150 points.
Market makers are clearly up to their usual tricks, holding this stock back so hedge funds that are both long and short can buy back their shorts. Disgraceful!!!

The issue of shares would have been preapproved at some agm in the past. And voted through.

if there were 1 billion shares, there are now, 1 billion and 35 million.
They issue more shares, everyone is diluted in a small way. They dont buy the shares from existing holders.

As I say, I’m just trying to get my head round the possibility of a high (compared to the market price of the small free float) bid!!!

Licker, can you give an example where a PLC had a small free float and the company ended up getting bid for at 4-6 times the price that was indicated by that small amount of traded shares.
I don’t doubt you, but I must admit, I’m finding it hard to get my head round the fact that this will ever be bid for at such a huge premium to the current price.

I too would be furious with £2.50.
MM would be absolutely stealing money from PIs.
But, I do think that’s what is going to happen.
I would just like to know, one way or another, to put me out of my misery.
