In this instant veracity refers to accuracy, so they are accusing FRR of either being light on details or confusing the issue with smoke an mirrors. I would imagine its clear to someone with a good understanding of the company, but in this instant I guess its Hope's team's interpretation of the company based on lack of O&G expertise compared to FRR, who at least do have that luxury.

IG was persuaded that the game was up by Court documents from the cayman islands which reveal that subsequent to a default on its senior secured debt to Outrider Master Fund, OMF has now taken 100% control of FRC’s Cayman Island subsidiary company Frontera International Corporation, FIC, where all FRC’s material assets reside.

And furthermore OMF has placed that company in liquidation [3]. Frontera tried to block this, lost and is not appealing.

It is also clear from court documents that Frontera Directors had taken steps to transfer the companies oil and gas assets in Georgia without OMF’s consent in an alleged fraudulent transaction.

With huge outstanding liabilities to OMF and others, no access to funding, AIM cancellation, NOMAD resignation, and no assets remaining, Frontera’s shares are utterly worthless.

IG now accepts that even if some Bulletin Board Morons are in denial. The Fat Lady has not only sung but has now gone backstage to receive her flowers and swig some champagne.

If you were unsure of him before now, then I trust the above clarifies exactly what a nasty piece of work he is. This is the key point. Typically when lawyers resort to this they are pretty much playing all the hand they have. Ignoring the wider picture indicates they have no defence and as Regdik quite rightly implies, a well qualified legal expert could explain further, but in my opinion what hopes team are doing here is creating a smokescreen, which any decent lawyer will see through and then deliver the relevant details.

To claim hope is no part of outrider is merely a moot point. They are stating facts, yes, but he was part of the team when all this started and to now say he is not involved is like the typical 3yr old being caught red-handed and saying 'it wasn't me' whilst still holding the smoking gun...
