Recycling tyres is lucrative. There is a lot of legislation surrounding that, but many companies will charge for collection per tyre and then sell on for recycle. The recycled product ends up in all sorts of places from protective groundwork on children playgrounds, cement addition and many other day to day products.

Whatever b20 comments he has pretty much nailed his credibility to the mast now: "short term messaging pipeline" and "progressive news flow over the coming months due to the significance of this alliance". I accept he's quantified it as his belief but this is the most positive news we've seen in a long time. Coming months period for me translates into 3 or 4. By then we should have some of this 'news' in which case b20 credibility will be confirmed and we can believe that little bit more.

My only concern is the M&A comment. What are we going to see by way of merger and/or acquisition? What part or percentage of this new entity will original FRR shareholders own? Integration implies we are being subsumed into another entity, in which case lets hope its in a far more robust condition than FRR was. I for one am certainly interested to see what has/will be acquired from FRR and what value is apportioned to that.

Have to say I did chuckle at this comment: "And as for the shooters, time to get your big boy pants on..." That would be fantastic given all their vitriol.

Maybe now is the time for some popcorn and watch this unfold.

Would be funny if it wasn't so accurate, after all they're the ones playing with the stacked deck. A renaissance is long overdue, lets see how quickly this pipeline can be pressurised ready for drawing off. If memory serves correctly there is a similar pipe running from Milford Haven to West Midlands area which is pressurised natural gas. Some years ago you could see the land 'scar' the pipeline made from the air whilst under construction.

This pipe is nowhere near the same length so draw-off/sales cannot be too long to wait.

BD - the number of shares you held/have here are an average amount. Many had much more and FSHG members manage to account for a substantial amount. If memory serves right, getting on to close 10% in circulation at the time. Like you, I held in excess of 25M, but managed to recover.

Despite all the twists and turns this company is still in existence and the talk of 'exciting news' is welcome, whatever format that comes in. FRR are making the right noises, lets see if they can live up to those claims, irrespective of what ZM & SN have done.

Ironically, I've managed to do well in EQT, got a few million below a penny.

Someone is confident. 325000 shares bought at 3.42 just before close. Not a massive cost in the grand scheme but served to keep the price up on the day by almost 8%

I would be amazed to see this hit double figures, let alone 17p. Thats over a 500% increase.

I'd rather wait until next week for news to allow any increase to sustain for a day or so. 4p is not overly ambitious given the 3.3p ask would require a 21% rise. Depending how good the news is we could see mid to late 4p.

About time this share produced some sensible value.

Its a zoom meeting, so likely only directions. Therefore not a verdict or judgement if anyone was getting excited.

Lets face it, despite a brief interlude and test of 16p in May 19 this share has flat lined at this price for over 3 years.

Its simple.
We will know before the scheduling conference on 25 Feb.
If the motion to dismiss is passed, the conference will not proceed and notification will be issued to that effect, [obviously] before then.

The case is being heard in California where the time difference is 8hrs. Assuming they start at 10am, or even 9am, which is highly unlikely, the markets here will be closed. However, confirmation of judgement overnight will have a potential impact and reflected in the shareprice on Tuesday, as has already been alluded to.

I cannot see FOMO traders 'loading up' before end of play today.

Last time it exceeded 3p was 12 Jan 2018 at 3.24p. Technically todays close is the highest since then.
