Yes you are right never seems to want to go up but is always willing to go down when index or copper declines
Perhaps there is a big buyer out there that doesn't want to pay more than 630 which seems to be a bit of a resistance

Thanks for that I don't understand charts like others on this board so I dont comment but today's volume is 300,000 and we are almost at the half way stage of the day
Like you said when copper was this price a few weeks ago Kaz was alot higher
Also you don't seem to get the big daily swings either way that you use to which I suppose is not a bad thing
Don't think we will hear much about Baimskaya until next year

Perhaps due to the broker downgrade from Jpm today and also alot of selling today as well.It's always the same after the results however good they are the big boys never seem to be impressed

There is a similar article I read a few days ago by Capital Economics who say that by 2025 copper will be $10,000 a ton
What would this mean to Kaz possibly about £15 a share and that is without Baimskaya

Up 14% from previous month,so hopefully going in the right direction

Could have a impact on the copper price if there is any update on thr trade talks or infrastructure spending

It is usual for miners to have a strong first three months of the year,and then it drifts up and down.Perhaps this year it will be different and the share price will go up towards the end of the year as copper deficits increase and the price of copper rises

Having read some of Rocklawn posts on Pmo he himself is no youngster and thus I thought he would have had a little more respect to someone who is merely saying where he will be at the time of the results.I don't get that he is boasting about it and surely at the end of the day if we all do well then we can also cruise the seas in our latter years

Yes possibly right,He was fed up with the manipulation by the market makers and the shorters keeping the price low, a little bit like until recently.Now the price seems to have stabilised and we don't get the big 10% swings anymore

The market thinks that they will revoke article 50 and thus postpone any Brexit for another year or two

I agree with you copper could go either way.With China imports data due on Monday which i dont exoect to be good and the Brexit vote on Tuesday,along with the fact that the Dow and Ftse has had a good few positive days recently we may see a pull back next week

I have never heard of the mines reported in this article perhaps it is owned by the old Kazakhymys which are underground mines rather than open pit
