Why do you compare it with another copper company like Anto which is in the FTSE mining index with Kaz

You should have had a new certificate when they did the 10 to 1 consolidation
I would think it's ok but you have only got one tenth of the number of shares that your certificate states

If you take off the 70m loss EBITDA in the first half then you are only looking at 34m in the second half as the price of gold has risen and will help compensate it

Only a little over 200000 shares bought today and the company bought 178000 of them,so nobody else wants them

Yes I agree but I think that they will extend or defer part of the repayment next year like they did with the pxf loan,assuming copper is still in the doldrums

Debt repayments will fall by about 200m from 2021 onwards and then Aktogay 2 will be producing another 70000 tons
So even at £6 a ton that's revenue of over 2.5b incl gold etc

China and Usa have spoken today hence the Ftse futures are back from down 140 last night to down 30 now.I expect further rises pm when the Usa opens
Both presidents agree to cancel some tariffs as a sign of goodwill
An agreement is made in the next few weeks all the copper shorts will be scrambling to close and copper will go Whooosh
Let's see if I am anywhere near or just foolish anticipation

I tend to agree with you as China doesnt care about it's people as much as the USA.This stupid tit for tat will come to an end within the next few weeks
Expect a deal before 1st October

Only a trade deal will sort it out and there is no chance of one of them it's just stalemate

I usually watch the webcast live on results day but i was to engrossed looking at the share price dive,so I have watched it this afternoon and they do seem very confident with the company going forward,to such an extent that they have brought forward some capex for Atokay 2 to this year
Having sold 19% of Koksay to China and also in the process of doing a feasibility study on it then it would seem that they intend to build Koksay at the same time as Baimskaya so I am convinced that they already have a partner for Bamskaya as they wouldn't be able to do both on there own.I think I read somewhere that they would have a longer debt repayment period on these projects so that they dont get caught out should copper take a dive in several years time

Hash,you obviously know more about accounts than I do so good to see you try and put things into perspective in a way that the Bod are looking at it

Much as I thought let's just hope that copper picks up asap
I have little worries once it's in the 275 to 290 range as 500 or so dollars a ton makes a big difference to the bottom line
