123judge0, I think he saying it because of his reference to AVCT. I tend to agree with Ade1234 to a certain extent. In the short term, this news dependant but later in the year should reach its full value. Both AVCT and GDR shareholders appear to have had the best deal so far with them both being offered to subscribe to discount shares and the cash calls haven't affected their sp progress much.
