I would suspect that GM and the Finance Director have either seen a rough draft of the year's sales so far or know of an imminent large contract to give the nod. At least it looks as though they have kept it above board.
On the other hand, GM could have read ShaunP's files.

When you consider that GM bought at 304p back in May, then the sp retraced only to start it's gradual rise to 1225p (Where he could have sold at a hefty profit). Goes to show the potential in profitability in this company with that confidence.

By the timing of the board members buying I would say that it is in anticipation of the year-end results. In the meantime, any new contracts will be a bonus as anything else would be in the closed period this side of the channel.

Given the shakes today, expect the wheat to be sorted from the chaff now. As we have the "Gold Standard" test, which will continue for a long while yet, irrespective of the future of numerous vaccines.

Brentw1, Coincidental (possible, we'll see tomorrow.)/ Insider trading/regulation? What a coincidence that there were 2 large buys in ODX at 16-30 yesterday and the RNS was released at 16-46.

It's not a complete myth, I have seen RNSs appear the day after a 1 share buys/sells on numerous shares over the years, I have even seen 2 on one day followed by 2 RNSs the following day and I have been in and out of over 300 different companies. On the flip side, it can also be used by traders for various reasons
