I wouldn't put a lot of faith in the relevant governing bodies in ordering millions of Roches' antibodies and their track record of using an inaccurate testing kit at the onset of this virus,(Could have ordered Primerdesigns.) Also to delivery of 40 tonnes of unsafe PPE.

Ed.CJones, Totally agree with your comments. This country is in for one hell of a rude awakening. Preoccupied with helping the rest of the world and some of its citizens, Human Rights and wokes scrutinising anything hinting at racism. They even want an investigation into why the BAME community are three times more likely to be infected with Covid-19 than other groups. Are they trying to say that the virus is racist?
At least one good side to this pandemic is that nature has been able to breathe again.

I don't suppose the Cornish were aggressive towards tourists' revenues in normal times? People should be self-isolating and should be enforced more rigidly. But as rules are always there to be broken, human nature will prevail.

That just about sums up the apathy of this country at the beginning of this Pandemic. Probably a case of "This is an Asian thing." Asking people to voluntarily self-isolate, how many are going to do that? Passengers should have been tested on arrival from the end of January, but of course, they had to find an accurate test kit," A cheap Chinese one will do." The end result is we now have the second highest death rate in the world, as i thought would happen all along.

The unsafe Turkish PPE is relevant in the fact that the NHS used inaccurate Testing Kits at the beginning of the virus here.
