RE: Share price next week26 Jul 2020 13:34
More Full Phat ramping with nothing to substantiate it.
Why is Phat so certain we will be at 30p next week? We might be, we might not. Yes he did predict that we would end blue on Friday, but as the saying goes, even a broken clock is right twice a day. This was his least ridiculous prediction, so not surprising it is the one that turned out to be right!
How does he know that funds are looking to transition into greener solution. I think they may be, but I don't know. And even if they are, who is to say that AFC will benefit from that. Perhaps funds will be looking to revenue generating firms.
We do have our first commercial deal and Bond has said the payment will be a six figure sum. From what he has also told us of build costs I suspect however that the revenue will not cover the build costs and AFC will have to contribute to the project. I have no problem with that given the publicity and learning, but let's tell it as it probably is.
And are there funds for 5 years. Well possibly. If the cash burn stays where it is. Which of course it can't if AFC is to actually do anything. How long the cash lasts depends on what AFC do with it....even the most challenged poster must be able to see that.
I wish that people would desist from this sort of ramping post. Unsubstantiated hot air and opinion helps no one. I sometimes wonder if Phat is a Daily Mail journalist. Please can we stick to insightful comment based on evidence, or at least not portray our ramping desires as fact when they are clearly not.
Here are some facts:
AFC has not yet made a proper commercial deal.
It may or may not announce one this week. My view (not fact) is that the update last week suggests such a view is not imminent
Here is some opinion:
Alkamem and Hydroxy-S could be utterly transformational
Deals re those will not come until next year earliest
AFC could one day be a unicorn company, but suggestions made on here that it will be by mid 2021 are fanciful
EV will be nothing but a stop gap and may never generate true commercial revenue for AFC
New posters should accept PhatStyle's assertions with a pinch of salt.
Reasoned debate has sadly left this board and the polarised views of a small number have taken over. As usual, the biggest mouths tend to be powered by hot air and others should bear this in mind.
