I admire your ability to put positive spin on anything AFC-related, but the facts over the last 6 weeks say differently. as mentioned last week (I think) AB is either going to do deals and pull this off, or he is selling snake oil. I have no idea which and I am not sure how you can be more sure than I am, except through blind faith. I deal in evidence and AFC is providing none.

decent volume on tradegate.....a million in the first hour, and it did indeed rise after opening, but it started low and is still below Friday's close by a good penny.

I wonder if AFC will feel able to have some sort of shareholder event if the social distancing requirement comes down to 1m. If they did it in the room they did the December meetings in I reckon they could get 100 people in there. They could repeat the session the same day (in years gone past shareholders were allocated slots during investor days and went through in groups of 5-6). This would not be a difficult thing to do and we are due an update/presentation from Bond in lieu of the AGM.

Looks to have opened well down on Tradegate. Yawn.

Not sure what Taskmaster means by "dilution most likely". It is dilution. However I do agree with FCI.....these have been exercised by someone in the know and that person is seeing little downside.

May be my predictions earlier for next week will come true. Hope it's not just the TUVA bit!!

Next week is another week Garonne. I have no doubt that we will get an updated broker note, news of government subsidies, outstanding results from the Alkamem colaborations, the first EV orders resulting from the myriad of conversations AB has had and more agreements with major construction firms. If it is a really good week we might even get a tweet from TUVA.....ok I'm being silly now.

And if any of that doesn't happen at least the sun will be out (unless the weather office is making even worse predictions than I am) so Mucksy will be able to enjoy his bike ride and fish and chips. These small things are important.

Glad you got some down time Mucksy. If there is one thing Covid has done it's show the value and pleasure of the simpler things in life.....what could be better than a bike ride, a bit of food and a view over the marina? I need to take a leaf out of your book!

Blimey Taskmaster....I think you have come over all David Icke. Don't condemn people on this board for having a holiday, enjoying the normality of a meal out after months of lock down, or having a (heaven forbid) petrol car because they need to drive 300 miles to see their kids without stopping for three days to charge the thing up. The world will move forwards, but it will do it at a manageable pace without comment from sanctimonious gits.

It would be useful to have the revised broker note with their new target Sp and assessment of all AFC’s potential revenue streams. I always treat these with caution but the house brokers should have information we don’t.
I’m getting less convinced by EV, but genset replacement and Alkamem is where the potential is.

Garonne, unless you have taken part in some of the small fund raising bouts that were open to PIs you haven't given your money to AFC to help them progress. You have given it to the previous owner of your shares in order to transfer ownership to you. Just as Ford only benefit if you buy a new Focus as opposed to a second hand one.

I think this is a manifestation of boredom and frustration Reonin. We all believe AFC can do it, but that is different from proof and doubts and digs are understandable. I don't think there are too many here using several names.

The competition is catching up and overtaking by the day.
It’s not as if AFC have not identified Chlor alkali before. It was the initial failed crop of low hanging fruit. These guys are using it to generate premium rate electricity for EV. They are filling AFCs natural space better than AFC do.
Every chlor alkali plant should have a AFC EV charger running from the vented hydrogen.
