The market is very negative on AFC at the moment and the media storm that never really happened is now as stormy as Benidorm in July.

it's not a positive RNS Malachi, it's a retrograde RNS compared to what they were saying about Alkamem a year ago and certainly at the end of 2019. Your post eloquently sums up what that is. Note the words "will be" , "looks promising" and "options to enhance". Now compare to the 2019 narrative. If the RNS today is correct then the information given in 2019 was factually misleading and probably actionable.
What else that has been said will be re-framed? Multiple conversations? MOUs?

Disappointing is how I would summarise it.

Development for HydroxyS has been focus, so no significant progress re third party users. It might be "promising" and they are developing the strucuture for use in other applications eg electrolysis. Translation: It might be useful in that area but we ain't there yet. And power density output is on a par with existing technologies.

I though Alkamem might be an early commercial winner. Clearly it is not. This RNS was designed to fill a news vacuum, but sadly it says little to be enthusiastic about. it also suggests they have little other news to present at present.
