Dire day again. The only slight upside is the green stripes have only posted 10 times since my last post. Was there a cull of posts? That is unusually low. Perhaps they are as bored of conspiracy theory and low energy ramping as everyone else is.

Stock couldn't even get passed a grand or so. Last sell back to 2.50p. Hmmm.

Grim. This will go back to 2.25p a I have said but will likely bubble around due to the frankly embarrassing lack of volume.

The stock has all but ground to a halt. 2.62 down to 2.55. Will likely bounce around (as Ive been saying. Makes almost zero difference on the tiny numbers traded. The sell of 166,581 made an extra £100 plus change for selling when they did compared to the last trade. When you're 95% down these differences are near meaningless.

Without news (rather than the fantasy hope over evidence purported by some) this isn't going to do much except drift. Someone tried a pump and dump and it didn't work.

My own little bet is what stock will die first - SYME or this dog. That will depend on the taxpayer being shafted or not.

20 posts by green stripes today. You would think this stock has loads happening. But it doesn't, unless you count going to see one of your clients and hosting a webinar as news (which hilariously this deadbeat company does).

Trades wise it was pretty dire. Under £5K. If this stock was a person it would be having CPR by now. The sell price (because at this stage the sell price is all that matters) increased a bit. Someone holding 100,000 shares will have got £115 more than earlier in the week. Woop - a couple bottle of wine worth (although it would just be a slightly smaller loss - making money on this stock is as rare as a well researched post from one of the green stripes.

Spread still 20%. Hilarious. Now back to the finger count (because trades are so low that is possible LMAO:

Clock ticking down. Will repeat - due to a lack of liquidity this will bubble up and down a bit but amount to near zero. Only people that will be excited are those well under water desperate to get this up a little bit. Would be funny to see this go to 4p so the board can rinse the LTHers again. LOL. But that is doubtful without significantly positive news.

Not sure what you’re looking at but that is utter rubbish.

This stock is like the losers careers - ground to a halt with near zero interest. Barely a grands worth changed hands. Last trade getting just 2.52p. Another slide, however small and insignificant to only those with large holdings. Biggest sell of the day was just over £400. Dire.

The investors meet had the question about takeover. It was flatly denied. My first questions when M&A is discussed -

1) Who would buy it?

2) What would be the motivation?

You will also know how companies are valued. (Surely you understand this). With a zero EBITDA how do you value a company that is neither innovative or profitable? You would be largely looking at good will. Good luck with that and if you're an investor be careful what you wish for.

A trade show is about profile building and consolidation. They aren't selling beans. Why do you think this is going to produce anything meaningful? Have you done the research for the market across EMEA? (I know the answer).

When they are RNSing a webinar you realise that they haven't got the sharpest marketing department.

Obviously you will also know they aren't a featured company and nor are they in the UK pavilion (meaning they didn't get any DBRR funding. OH and they aren't listed as an exhibitor. Neither as Omega or Cambridge. Do a search:

This was a company on the slide. Sold assets, lowered T/O, losing money - all before Covid. During Covid mistake after mistake was made. Could they have made the contract a success? The evidence during the upturn is that this was unlikely.

It is telling that my post was deleted. In it I mentioned the fact I have given plenty of research indicating that the BoD had potentially failed in its fiduciary duties. Sadly, they don't want to listen and learn. They prefer binary emotions.

Gamblers are not investors. Those that use confirmation bias to compensate for inadequacy will never learn.

It was ever thus and why they are and deserve to be lives losers.

On the bright side - not only can we enjoy opera (soft spot for Puccini ) but we’re also safe in the knowledge that we haven’t posted well over 10,000 posts defending a business that has fallen 96% in last 2 yrs and lost your life savings.

In the down side we’re not stiffing the taxpayer to look after our mothers. It’s just duty.

The two green stripes managed 26 posts yesterday. Incredible. I’m out today so will be good to catch up later to see how many they achieve. Like hamsters on a wheel they make zero difference. Despite the incessant ramping this stock is down on already record lows in the last year.

Playing computer games would have been more productive. Or getting a job !

Yep - the reality rather than the unicorn dreaming is all there.

If they get #40K I would be surprised but that is what they will get if sales (that had shot up) are maintained (which in current circumstances of many NGOs they won't be).

I have also been looking at counter claims among the covid bunch. Interesting that compensation was given to companies that did something more than being a glorified packaging company and they had strong cases. EVEN then they didn't get a fraction of what was being claimed. It was ever thus. I hope they aren't spending too much. Based on everything else they do it will be half hearted. In any case - bleating about compensation payments misses the key point. (Let the idiots guess as they dont have a clue).

People need to be objective in analysis. Always easy to get carried away as a gambler thinking you've discovered a unicorn when in reality you're backing tomorrows glue sticks.

As the FT highlights: "As of last trade Cambridge Nutritional Sciences PLC (CNSL:LSE) traded at 2.66, -24.75% below its 52-week high of 3.54". which was set in Feb 2023.

A whole year bumbling around and still manages to drop. The world's worst ramper was saying a low energy 3p was a sure thing just a week ago.

Not only are we observing low trading volumes but a significant slide in the sell price.

I did a load of calculations which sadly have been deleted but the upshot is that the the 2 people buying nearly #6K worth instantly lost over #300 due to the wide spread.

The news doesn't get any better. This that bought into the low energy ramp at 2.9p will see the actual buy is now just 2.5p. I expect this to fall further if my calculations are right to 2.25p.

This means the #6K of shares (206,896) bought can now be sold for £5172. A loss of £827.60. Put another way that is a 13.79% decrease in a week. That is without any news. What will happen when the results are released and the board prediction of another loss making year is confirmed?

If it goes to 2.25p? Then it's a 22.48% loss. Or a £1344.84. Money I would suggest better spent in a decent Michelin restaurant.

As you know I carried out extensive research on the App and its creators. Last time I checked the 2 Devs were working for a new company but its was very murky and clear not enough due dil was done.

The app itself is not very slick and criminally it wasn't used as a promotional tool. On sign up you're told that it will be released "soon" but I received no comms, no promotion to buy a test or go to a partner for testing. Nothing.

Now, realistically, only people following the brand would have downloaded it to have a play and look at how the code is. However, it just smacks of the general theme of playing at being a business and not having the right people in place to drive it. Jag is aNOT a marketing man. (I'm not sure what he is tbh) and he couldn't sell a covid test during covid. Well worth the £300K he was paid last year!

The Gut Microbiome market is going to be huge, even though it is more hype than empirical data right now. Just look at the success of Zoe ! But CNSL are having to white label this and the old IG tests are not that impressive as you have highlighted very clearly.

The company has the right strategy imo but I am not convinced it has the resource (being outgunned by many others including the company the old CFO is now working for), the people or the time to really realise potential / survive.

Research is useful as it gives you clues as to the true position of a company.

CNSL went through a pricey rebrand and created a couple of websites in the last 12 months. I have said that the Labs (customer facing and end user site) is not using SEO effectively and nor do they appear to be advertising online (almost a needed given in a competitive market).

Using SimilarWeb I looked at the CNSLab website and here are the results over the last 3 months:

Traffic is up 10% with 4.93 pages per visit.

Duration time 4 minutes

Total visits 10, 336 (although typically 3 Visits Per Unique Visitor)

That's where the good news ends. Now the bad:

USA visits dont even register.

UK takes 94.44% of traffic (remember saturated market)

India follows but pages fall off a cliff and time not registered so likely bots

Well under 5000 visits per month.

Most visits were direct - indicating it is likely people that know of them (shareholders, clients etc)

Organic search is almost non existent

No paid search in place

Ergo - the company as usual are not serious about selling tests direct. They make no real effort as I dont think they understand promotion/marketing.
