Good responses because they are facts. Anyone that says "Company is on track to meet market expectations for the full year" with a straight face is nearly deranged. Or drunk. Or a fraudster. I can therefore guess with some confidence who typed that.

As you say the market expects that the board were self aware enough when they said that they would make yet another loss.

As for cash balance - yep £3.8 predicted.

Same for US Labs - In 2017 they had 3 Labs running. This last year? 1.

Other fact - the UK market is saturated so very little growth expected in the companies biggest market.

You know my opinion on government contract. We've actually read the contract. It is pretty clear but enough ambiguity to keep a decent solicitor or barrister billing those hours. For me it is down to politics. I have letters prepared to send to potentially interested parties once the election is out the way. My tax bill is criminal and so I don't want £2.5m to disappear. That would pay for a good few NHS beds. Sadly I don't think tax payers will see the money again. Just another farce we have to tolerate like the stupid "carers" allowance and other cons.

Nah..not a big week. This has done nothing in a year. Not likely to do anything until financials (which will show a loss). Only thing that will change things is positive news on outcomes. The sales cycle for products like this takes time. Look at the US lab - that has been 6 months from signing. As anyone with experience will say the sales cycle to get to this point is often long. So, for example the RNS about the show (forget what it is now) - won't produce instant results. It is about PR and brand awareness. They aren't selling baked beans.

Level 2 is showing a potential drawback. Sell has already dropped to 2.7p I am expecting this to bubble along and potentially drop to 2.25p.

The reason I haven't invested back in this stock:

1) Risk. This is part of my work (in a totally different field - legal in commercial sector related) and it's fascinating. The risks for CNSL still massively outweigh the opportunities. It was exactly the same for NNN and when I posted on that board I had idiots telling me how wrong I was and that the latest business plan/direction would pay off. (The never researched the collaboration partners or the new members of the board - just accepted the RNS headline - sound familiar?) Many lost huge amounts of money. I didn't. Same for 88E. I multi bagged that one then got out when it was clear the risk was too high. Now ? Just idiots waiting for the next big RNS and speculating based on nothing but fantasy. Sound familiar?

2) Poor performance. Although the price dipped to a sell of 1.65p you could buy it at that. This stock has been bouncing in the 2p to 3p for over a year. Do I really want to risk capital when I have just bagged on another stock and have healthy returns and dividends on others? My "fun" money (still a substantial amount) is in cancer treatment research as although I may lose tens of thousands it is in a cause that is worthwhile. Dodgy food tests aint worthwhile.

I love the analysis though. It is a share I know better than almost anyone on here and I have a dog share 5 I keep my eye on. Just a way to pass the time when I'm bored, procrastinating or just need a distraction.

Hope you haven't tied up money you cant afford to lose and hope your average is now low enough to get out on recovery. It could be a long wait but I wish you the best. CNSL has potential (hence why I still watch - first out of "car crash" morbidity and second out of that risk analysis) but it needs more than hope to turn it around.

They have the right plan. But as I have said before I am not sure they have the resources, vision or expertise in place to deliver in time.

The world's worst ramper strikes again by posting stuff that shows the company isnt profitable (and that is before anyone with half a clue starts looking at the facts of the supposed upsides).

The world's worst ramper strikes again! He cannot help but embarrass himself. It's hilarious. TradesIn was right and the buys (to be fair the sells) were low energy. Less than £5K traded is dire and even saw a small softening of the buy price. Looking at the last year and it really hasn't changed. I would like to say this is the bottom but this stock never fails to fail so who knows? Still expecting sell price to dip to 2.25p. End of year trading statement without any news first may see it under 2p again.

This stock has been a sleeper for a long time. It made some tough choices and has come back a stronger company. Very undervalued currently and looking forward to strong performance this year.

CD4 sales jumped y/e 2022 to £1m

This was a good year (2021 was just £100k).

Now, let’s imagine, despite significant funding issues with NGOs, the sales remained at 2022 levels. That would make £40k in royalties. Doesn’t even cover the wage bill for a month.

Some get very excited by RNS and hope for the best outcome. They focus on headlines, rather than looking at detail. I call these sort “clueless idiots”.

It is like someone being so stupid that they think a sales package with a OTE of say £150k will deliver a £150 k salary.

No wonder so many holders are so under water with this.

The CD4 test was the "Crown Jewels" (see previous RNS) and it is remarkably good as it is a lateral flow test needing very little in field equipment.

My guess is that Orient Gene has used Alva for its own LF test (as they are widely available and recomended by the NHS - something ODX never achieved). The CD4 side will not be heavily promoted until after 2026.

They may get something but anyone believing they will get anywhere near £1m is a clueless clown.

No news. No settlement with the hard working tax payers. No new CFO (this is becoming an issue and speaks volumes). No royalty payments (well duh!). No US Lab development. Still no gut microbiome test. Plenty of new entrants to the microbiome market that are better funded and better resourced.

Seems like this stock has all the motivation of a someone on benefits being told to get a job and has about as much chance of success as the Scots have of getting independence from their English masters.

IN the UK we do not have lawyers. We have Solicitors and Barristers. I would have thought that you of all people on here would know this.

Many call themselves lawyers but this is not correct and lazy Americanism. It is important to understand the difference between the two. We do not know where the legal advice has come from. It is likely at this stage to be a solicitor. If so, the quality of the advice is going to be down to what sort of solicitor they have. A commercial solicitor is very different to a say a family solicitor or a typical town based solicitor. Within commercial law you have many specialities. You get what you pay for.

Have CNSL got a specialist? Have they got a barrister involved that can become an advocate if this goes to court?

Neither of us know. As a share holder why not contact them and ask? Or just go back to your soiled sock.

I really don't think the current government care. Everyone knows they are going to lose the election so they are focused on a scorched earth policy while doing as much as possible to feather their own nests. The ERG/Tufton lot are preparing for opposition. Nothing in government seems to be operating. It's like an episode of The Thick of It but on crack.

I cannot believe the CNSL council will be in that much of a hurry either. All billable time.

The fact is that if CNSL had the strong case they believe they have they would have launched an action by now. The longer it drifts the more likely the thing will be buried. That is why a different government could be fun.

Us taxpayers waste enough money on the underserving, rich and poor. It would be nice to get something back. Just not expecting it.

I think that unless it is settled before the election you may have something. BUT that depends on what happens with Michelle Mone. Unless she and her vile new money partner is brought to justice the idea that a rubbish little company in the turnip fields of Cambridgeshire will be targeted as some sort of "win" would be politically inconceivable. If however, they really go for it then CNSL will potentially be in trouble.

Politicians aren't motivated by money. They are good at spending others/mine but everything they do is based on the optics for the core vote. The country I think is beyond a tipping point. Nothing is working correctly. Corruption is endemic. That means Labour MAY need to spend a couple of years demonstrating they are different and what better time to try and appear at least they are clearing up the mess left behind.

You did miss one thing out - it isn't just the bucket shop flippers eager to dump. Remember that the thick as mince shareholders, when they were alerted to massive dilution voted against it. BUT what they failed to do was vote against the other clauses that allow the board to do what the hell they want as soon as the share is above 4p. In other words for the hard of thinking - if this goes over 4p the board can offer another raise/dilution. It will be the ONLY thing to keep this business going - they have been doing it since 2018 so why change?

The Boots deal was agreed in 2021 with at home tests being announced last May. It wasn't with CNSL. It was MyHealthChecked PLC. (MHC).

MHC specialise in retail and white labelling. CNSL don't. They are a distribution focused business. The issue is that the product they have, that has some credibility, is also the most resource intensive. Hence selling machines to labs so that they dont need to replicate the lab themselves. The medically suspect Ig test they sell relies on a network of pseudo wellness providers. You would likely find lots of crystals and talk of Chakra's with many of these places. Always a market for the gullible - it is something this stock relies on.

It is also why they are relying on a white label supplier to provide them with Gut Microbiome tests.

Seriously, doesn't any shareholder know about the market CNSL are in? You don't understand the business or the market. It's baffling. No wonder you just spout nonsense all day every day.

Notice that volumes are so small that it isn't even worth reporting on. Share price is doing nothing. Will drop to 2.25p again imo.
