Whomever bought £7K worth of shares is the exception to the rule. All small scale trades since the announcement. Instantly being down £700 on 200,000 shares isn't a big deal I guess, although I think I would prefer to spend it on something more worthwhile, like a nice meal. This isn't going to 10p any time soon and I am surprised that you are still around. Didn't you get out or are you just riding the profit? I guess grubbing around for small amounts on dog shares is a job of sorts. Personally I can think of much easier and less stressful ways of making money.

However, as I posted at the time Jag leaving is good news. I do find your comment rather perplexing as when I posted about Jag before you never said anything to support my stance. In fact you and the other one attacked me for such an opinion. It is a pleasure that you have finally seen the light and have agreed with the stance I have taken for the last 3 years.

The upshot is that give it enough time and you will likely realise I have been right about this stock all along.

What is a huge pity is understanding where CNSL came from. Research led useful tests. Not many will know of the German company in the portfolio that got sold as the rot set in.

However, don’t overplay the faux medical approach. Billions are spent by paranoid idiots. Homeopathy, oesteopaths, crystal healers. Trump supporters. LTHs of this stock. Many people are poorly educated and love buying into whatever grift is going that will provide the confirmation bias they crave.

Diet and weight loss books generate around $600 million a year (eat less btw). People crave novelty.

The CNSL tests tick 2 boxes -

Cost. High but not that much. Means that most people, especially the gullible, will be able to afford them while also buying into the concept of cost = credibility.

Pretend science - like many “diseases” and “conditions” these days people want a diagnosis that helps them understand their poor life choices are not their fault. Fat? It isn’t that you consume too many calories and eat UPF. No it’s because your metabolism is slow and you have an allergic reaction to soy !

That is why, despite the regulations in place, America should be a gold mine for CNSL.

Forget ethics - gold is always available to those that grift (assuming you can sleep at night).

This is why the idiocy of the test is not a huge concern for me. I am more concerned, as posted, that they have no gut microbiome test as that is the latest “science” being followed and shows the strongest growth.

I take it you’re a holder? If so it explains why you have a fundamental misunderstanding of what government is. You likely don’t care that 500m has been wasted on the Rwanda scheme because you cannot comprehend the concept of the link with government and taxation.

For me it would be a gamble to buy. However, one of the weakest elements on the board is now gone.

James will know that a huge drag on the share price will be the dispute with hard working tax payers. That would be priority number one if I sat on the board even of it costs a million.

Boost the stock and get the IS going. Well timed RNS to boost momentum around half year results time. H1 will be down unless they give the stuff away so a boost is needed before.

Then my plan would be to get it to 7/8p and then dilute the stock to keep the train running for another few years while the business gets on top of strategy.

Bad for LTHs but would mean they got something. (Most have zero clue how much they’ve been diluted in the last 4 years so who cares?

This is great news I have long said that he shouldn’t be CEO (basically rewarded for failure).

James has already proven himself in the COO role.

CNSL now have got rid of the dreadful lifestyle board that was in place - it’s like a takeover without paying a penny.

If directors now buy in as a statement of intent going forward that would be smart.

Settle the government claim (even if it costs) and get serious about the sales channel in overseas markets.

For the first time in over three years I am marking this as hold.

I'm not wound up or had a nerve touched because I actually looked at this business and instead of dropping £50K that could be ill afforded, it would seem, I added it to my "dogs list".

It must be frustrating realising you have put money in that isnt coming back. I lost £30k on a cancer research company that didnt work out. I dont mind because I can afford it and also because the objective of the company was noble. I've just made many times that on another investment so it's just a lesson learnt.

But you never learn. You refuse to listen. You scream and shout and bully. You threaten. It speaks of a deeply vile person that will lash out at nothing. I'm surprised you aren't rioting.

I will continue to post the facts and question the board. You should try it. Or, log off and realise your £50K is now worth a fraction of that and move on.

My guess is that in your heart you know that Captain and I are right, but due to the personality you have you cannot admit it. Instead you shout and scream rather than learning and holding truth to power.

Notice the liar is back. Good job I don't use my real name here - If I did it would be getting a letter from my barristers and it would be losing much more than the huge loss endured by backing this stock.

The problem with the P&D crew is that they want fantasy and how things they would like things to be, rather than the reality of what they would be. Look at the accounts - I had said they wouldn't turn over more than £10m. They didn't. I also said that on currently cash burn they would have less £4m. They have good cash flow but the money from various fire sales is disappearing.

No gut microbiome test, as promised. No further growth in US, as promised. I could go on but as someone that has watched this stock for years and with depth of experience the mood music hasn't changed.

I said that they had the right strategy (not sure if they are sticking with it now that B2C is so important to them). However, the world is full of great ideas. I am yet to be convinced the company has the right people, with enough resource and enough time to pull it off.

PS - Just in case anyone is interested in what a lying liar states - I have zero financial or commercial interest in this stock. I have been right on this stock. I had a TOP5 dog shares that I started following during lockdown as a little hobby. I like being right. I picked 5 stocks that looked like they would fail and were being hyped.

NNN - Dead

SDRY - Dead

AMGO - Being wound up so dead man walking

SYME - Still going but massively down and suspicions of fraud

ODX, now CNSL - a company that got a government contract but constantly failed to deliver

3/5 and 2 looking likely to fail.

In other words I am very good at spotting dogs.

Facts speak for themselves. Very few bought in at the low. We’re talking less than £10k.

We had a jump in trades when it went above 3p but nothing that much.

Remember this is a stock that has had a liquidity problem for 18 months now.

People claiming to have made a fortune on this share are a bit like all the French claiming their families were in the resistance during the war. Just not credible.

A few people have made a few grand. No one is getting rich from CNSL. Most are LTHs that cannot bring themselves to sell and will lose everything in my view.

We see you. The ones that ramped this stock. The reality is just as predicted.

Complain to mods all you want. The facts are clear and 2 mins of research shows that some of us were right.

Are you special? They have changed registered address. They aren't moving to London. In fact if you read the RNS they have moved into serviced offices. That means staff are all but gone.

It's the end. Even though Amigo was good to me as a share its end was inevitable. Still a faint possibility of a reverse takeover but don't hold your breath. I can't really see any purpose. Its brand is worthless, it can't lend, so why bother?

This share has been on Top 5 shares that will fail but I will still be sad when it does. (current 2 down and 3 to go)

Sorry to break it to you Sniffer ol bean but I was earning money during the presentation. Not much - a few hundred but still it's something. You will also notice that I havent posted for some time. But today had to be posted about. Work was boring and the "I told you so" was too delicious.

That was a massive nothing burger. New board have clearly told Jag to manage expectations and not to try and inflate prospects.

With a dispute ongoing it would be a tough ask for anyone to buy. On general standard EBITDA multiplier of 6-7 in the current buoyant market the business isn't worth much in isolation. Obviously you have assets to factor and working capital retained in the business.

For the life of me I cannot see this business being worth anywhere near its market cap. What do you think?

1) I am not talking about short term deposits. Try reading the accounts again.

2) It depends on the business - for CNSL to have a single client making up 16% of revenue is a risk.

3) It is true some do mix models. You are missing the point being made.

4) Considering the tax benefits of R&D you would consider it bad.

5) CRM - "introduce" rather than "replaced".

6) COO - Of course they do and if you knew this stock you would know who previously "managed" it. What is clear is that they needed someone in a dedicated role for some time. Remember this is a business that is vastly smaller than a 4 years ago - they don't even have Alva anymore. Lack of basics demonstrates that not having a COO was extremely bad.

Try harder.
