Completion in 2 or 3 weeks and then they can drill Pepas, which according to the presentation is not a foregone conclusion. In fact, if the initial 800 metres of drilling doesn't continue the gold from the previous 3 successful drills then that will be all over anyway.
Anza meanwhile may or may not be drilled enough for an initial resource estimate, but even if it is it is not going to be huge, despite the high grades. As Brad said a big multi-million ounce gold resource will usually require 2 or 3 hundred thousand metres of drilling, while Anza has had only 38,000 metres. To drill more will be time-consuming and expensive.
El Roble and El Cedro are potential porphyry targets but they are undrilled and it will be starting from scratch.
But then the El Pantano Project in Argentina may turn into another Cerro Negro and become the big success for OMI. However, that hasn't been drilled yet either and they do not even know if there is any gold at all there as yet.
All in all a bit of a 'risky' waiting game and maybe the best hope would be for OMI to attract a new JV partner who would be willing to pump some drill funds in for a share of the prospect(s).
