On reflection I think that some of the figures being bandied about here were huge and far larger than the market was expecting and this is what has attracted the derampers and disbelievers such as Winnifrith, who always needs just the slightest excuse to launch a full-broadside attack.

However, despite the size of the prospective resource, this has been RTO'd with a very modest valuation which barely warrants the attentions of such as TW. He should find himself some bigger fish to fry.

Nonetheless I agree that this presentation on Tuesday needs to directly address all of the points made by TW - otherwise it will be absolutely pointless and do more harm than good (to the share price).

I have also just come across a second interview from Crux Investors which is with an independent third party with some very poignant questions being asked by the interviewer regarding GEX's plans, management, etc, etc.

I don't know if this interview was ever linked on this website - as it says this was released 8 days ago - but this interview in a funny kind of way is way ahead of TW's ultra-critical approach.

Bit long but worth a listen. At one stage the third-party person says that this could be so big that the Australian Government would probably want to get involved to regulate the pricing.

In my opinion, this person, Zac Phiilps - he sounds British - is much more to be trusted than TW and despite the deliberately aggressive questions he seems to be in favour of this project (and some of his valuations are absurdly high).

While everyone is being picky, there is one thing I am not too sure about.

In the CRUX Investor interview, link below, the CEO says at 6 mins 25 seconds that 'after the LSE changed their listing rules in 2019 .... they went back to Australia and the original asset they were proceeding with, hence the name Georgina Energy, they decided not to proceed with......... but they had other assets in Hussar and Mt Winter, etc, etc'.

There is still some issue with the name change which hasn't officially gone through yet but the obvious question is why they are planning to use the name Georgina Energy when that is a project that they didn't proceed with.

I might pop this question through to the PR team on Monday.

this is where the non-dilutive funding is going to come from and the whole interview is well worth a listen.

jason brewer finished the neo interview by saying that neo will be producing 2 to 3 million lbs of uranium (at $80+/lb) and up to 100,000 oz of gold (at $2400/oz) pa - or up to $500m revenue pa.

I quite agree. I was going to put that in a post. That is what the company need to do if only out of respect for the new and existing shareholders..

What I'm hoping is that the interviewer from Stockbox will have got hold of a copy of TW's published text and that AH can address each point/accusation individually. That will sort this out for good. Anything short of that will still leave unecessary questions open which won't be the best result.

On re-reading my post maybe it wasn't written very clearly. The gist of my post was that it is not just one seller but many and that a major seller may also prompt others to sell, especially on an event like a wildcat spud which is generally taken as a time to derisk.

Of course, on a website like this, making such a point usually generates the opposite response with posters rushing to claim that they have bought more and usually quoting the great Warren Buffett and his 'buy when others are fearful' quote.

Interestingly, Buffet recently sold over half of his rather large stake in Apple stating that he thought they were overpriced - though I reckon that some of the posters on this website would even pick an argument with him about doing that. It just shows that investing is not all about buying shares forever.

The only other helium drills that we have to go on are by HE1 in Tanzania and that took 4 drills to successfully discover helium, during which time the share price fell from 21p at the time of the first spud to 0.20p at the time of the first discovery. That is a drop of 105 times or 99%. Posters who think this is risk free are a tad stupid.

Besides TW needs to get a sense of scale in his 'journalistic' attacks. MSMN were tiny last year when he was apparently attacking them and GEX have IPO'd with a rather small m/cap of around £11M. Small at least when compared to CAZOO, the secondhand car website and competitor to WeBuyanycar.com. CAZOO got a SPAC listing - which is the US equivalent of the UK RTO - on the US NASDAQ in 2021 with an initial m/cap of around $8Billion (£6.4B) only to go into administration 3 years later leaving the shares worthless. Now that is a rip off and I am sure that if TW had spent his valuable time warning the CAZOO shareholders of the dangers of their investment he might have gained some decent credibility.

The good news for GEX holders is that CAZOO were denied a listing in the UK by investors, meaning they had to fall back on the USA, while GEX appear to have at least got past that first hurdle, even though they now have to try and overcome an apparent 'high tackle' from the self-acclaimed Sheriff of AIM, TW.

Okay, so Oberon are selling on behalf of clients, who probably took their stakes in the IPO raise at 10p. But logically it is not only their clients who are selling or reducing their holdings. Other shareholders, some of whom would might have taken their holdings through a broker in the IPO and others who would have bought on the open market at a higher price after the IPO , may also be derisking or getting a free ride by selling part of their holding.

Generally, a share price will go down when a wildcat drill is spud and it would be foolhardy for posters to claim otherwise.

That reduction is from 8th August but was only reported on 13th so I expect that Oberon have further reduced since then. It has been forced on them a bit by the lack of any substantial share price rise before spud.

It looks like MSMN is down more than GEX. It is still their licence that TW appears to want to trash. MSMN do have other assets though, as do GEX.

Last Friday's RNS regarding the matter clearly says "should the traditional landowners consent, the Company will expedite its commitments under the farm-in agreement to earn its initial 75% interest."

It couldn't be clearer. The first step, which is now in progress, is to "seek the consideration of the traditional aboriginal landowners to the granting of the exploration permit EPA155".

Bit of nonsense going on with TW if you ask me. The posts from TheMagnacarta, most of which seem to have been deleted, appeared to make a few largely inaccurate points.

For starters, EPA155 is still officially owned by Mosman. Maybe any inaccuracies should be taken up with them.

He then says that they won't get the Native Title Rights. In actual fact, the farm-in won't go ahead unless Native Title rights are approved, which from what I have read is most likely to happen. If it doesn't then GEX will have wasted a few tens of thousands of $'s but nothing to worry about.

As for saying that no helium had actually been discovered in the basin, that is an integral part of the exploration business. No helium had been discovered in Tanzania before the recent drills and nor does the Helix drill have a previous helium discovery in the current basin.

I can't remember what else was in the posts by TheMagnacarta - since deleted - but it was largely irrelevant nonsense. It is just a shame that the share price has dropped back nearly 10% on such stupidity.

Nice try to jump on the helium bandwagon but the only problem is that if PRD can't get the gas to flow then the helium - if there is any there - won't flow either.

Am I right in thinking that they are going to leave drilling MOU-5 until after the results of the sandjet testing so they can see if they can get any gas to flow first.

I suppose that this move reduces the wage bill back to where it was before the recent appointment. Still wouldn't it be nice if Naheed Menon decided to call it a day. I think the share price would rise by 100% at least.

I saw the RNS heading and I immediately thought that Naheed Memon had resigned and gone with immediate effect (at last). Unfortunately not, only Mark Steed so far.
