That's something he should know. The answer is a paltry 50 - at best.

I am always happy to give this company the benefit of any doubt - after I have quite a lot of shares here, albeit at a paper loss but then I think most people here are in that position. Aidan continues to say that Bristol launch is next. There were always 6 restaurants on Table Pouncer in Bristol but he has now claimed that they have been signing up restaurants behind the scenes over the last two months ready to get them live at launch. So the proof of the pudding will be in exactly how many restaurants appear on the Big Dish app next week/end of January in Bristol. And it had better be more than 6!!!!!!!!!!!!.

It seems that the share activity directly reflects the great progress being made.

There are other companies with zero shares traded in a day but most of them are both on AIM and suspended!!!!!!

With some companies, yes, you do have to listen to the CEO for information about progress but this company is 100% transparent.

They have an app/website which shows exactly how many and which restaurants are on board and offering deals and even the amount of discount, etc.

All I can say is that if this launch has gone so well why is the share price languishing at nearly one-third of the IPO

Yeah, and so has the share price. Could be sub 1p very easily pretty soon. M/cap of about £2M seems about right.

And the last late RNS did little to excite the market or the share price - despite the management being so enthusiastic with their enormous progress.

For all they'd done for the last 5 months they could have RTO'd Big Dish onto the NYO listing as originally planned with a m/cap of a couple of million. That would have been much fairer on the shareholders and is about all the company is really worth right now.

OR THEY COULD STICK TO THE IPO PLAN AND START SIGNING UP THE 6000 RESTAURANTS AS WAS SET DOWN IN BLACK AND WHITE IN THE PROSPECTUS.

Big Dish Hong Kong and Big Dish Jakarta (Indonesia) seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Where the f*ck are they? And now half of the Table Pouncer restaurants seem to be about to do the same.

Big Dish Manilla has been up and running since before the IPO. Any bugs or problems would have been sorted out by them. They could have maybe got away with a token one month beta phase as first planned but certainly not four months. That is crazy and reckless with the funds.

The migration could have been done several months ago. It still hasn't been done now. What are they playing at.

As for the logo - that is something that can be changed in a few days. It certainly doesn't take months. They should watch The Apprentice. There are companies who will redesign a logo, etc for a small sum. It is no big deal.

There are a lot of directors and staff here that need paying.

According to the IPO document there are 4 directors - Aidan Bishop, J Morely-Kirk, J Boer and S. Perree.

Senior Management: Chief Financial Officer; Managing Director - Hong Kong; also MD - Phillippines; and MD - Indonesia; Chief Technology Officer; P Knight - MD of Table Pouncer.

There may or may not be existing staff working in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Phillippines, Table Pouncer under the managing directors.

9 technology staff in the Philippines.

Sanj Naha; also a southwest regional manager; and one other person who I can't find now but used to work for Just Eat.

And all these employees are being funded by a few hundred thousand £'s/$'s income from the tiny amount of live restaurants that are so far up and running here. This is quite criminal the way they are not getting a move on. When they have 1000's of restaurants live on the Big Dish platform they will have an income that will at least start to pay their costs. Until then they are living off the shareholders.

And they need to realise that the acquisition of Table Pouncer was a £1M purchase of about 100 or so participation restaurants. That isn't going to pay the bills here. They need to acquire a lot, lot more restaurants and as soon as possible. And not dream of gaining them by acquisitions. They need to start signing them up the hard way round.

It's a pity the management can't see it. If they could they might just get this prospective business started. The joke is all they need to do is start signing up restaurants to the platform. All this about migration and redesigning the app is just bunkum. They need to grit down and build the business from the ground up.

As far as I'm concerned this keeps blowing hot and cold.

I've only bought in here since the price dropped a few months ago but I still have far more than I am happy with and at a bad paper loss. The communication from the management is very poor and the feigned excitement does not go down very well at all. I can foresee myself making a very bad loss here especially if the slow management have to raise some more funds as I feel they are very naive about the workings of the market and could do a placing at a very silly low share price.

However against that this is a very simple concept and they only have to head on and sign up these prospective restaurants for the company to have the potential to be quite successful with a possible multi-bag of the share price.

Ultimately it's a very thin line here between success and failure but there is no room here for the management to take 4 months over something that should have been done in one month and to have failed to even start acquiring new restaurants.

All just my opinion - and no doubt a total waste of time and effort as the management have managed very easily to turn a blind eye on shareholders and their opinions and seem determined to do this all as slowly as possible with no regard for the shareholders at all. Shame.

It doesn't even cost much to acquire customers these days.

Mobile phones have unlimited minute packages for next to nothing and emails are free. In the old days the phone and post costs of such an operation would have been excessive. Today the only cost is paying the team wages to get on with it and most of them will no doubt be happy to work from home so it won't even need an expensive office and associated running costs.

As far as I can see this is quite a simple concept. They do not have to try and sign up millions of individuals like other discount card operations where it's the customer who is the member. With Big Dish it is the restaurants who join and so they are instead looking at figures in the 1000's to get this up and running.

There are 2 parts to it. Firstly getting the restaurants to join the platform and secondly then getting the public to book via the platform.

They are never going to build the business through acquisitions. Table Pouncer cost £1M for about 100 restaurants so to acquire 6000 could cost £60M and a small outfit like Big Dish do not have that sort of money. The cheapest and easiest way is to do it the hard way round - by phone and cold-calling and sign them up one by one. WHY ARE THEY NOT DOING THIS ALREADY?

Then they will have to drive the business to the platform and that won't need too much expensive advertising but will start to grow as they get more and more restaurants on board. A platform with 1000's of restaurants is advertising itself - though you can't see that when there are only 50 outlets on board.

That's bunkum. Big Dish has had over 100 restaurants running live in Manilla since before they listed so that similar platform would have sorted out any bugs and problems a long time ago. The extended beta test was absolute bunkum.

Sanj Naha joined the team on 1st October and I would assume his job is to get a small team together to sign up the restaurant in the UK. If that's not what he's here for then maybe Big Dish should employ an outbound call centre to do the job for them. They've also had a south-west regional manager on the payroll now for 2/3 months but nothing is happening. This is pathetic. Their funds are burning away while they do nothing. Next thing is they'll need to raise some more funds as they will have none left to start doing what they should have started months ago.

They had over a year and a half between when Big Dish nearly RTO'd into NYO and when they finally listed which was quite enough time to work out exactly how they intend to grow this business. They clearly have set out a plan to expand to 6000 live restaurants in the UK within one year but as yet after 5 months on the market they still haven't signed up one single outlet and they don't seem to have a plan or even a clue how to go about signing them up.

The beta phase took 4 months when it was meant to take only 1 and it has taken them 3 months just to change the logo to suit the UK rather than Asia. That is pathetic.

I'm not really getting what's going on here.

There are or rather were just over 100 restaurants live on the Table Pouncer platform. Taking an average day like today the breakdown is Bournemouth - 49, Brighton - 6, Bristol - 6, London - 40 and Southampton - 3 - making a total of 104.

I have previously incorrectly posted that I assumed that all of the restaurants except for those in Bournemouth had been added/signed up since the IPO. However on looking into this further it would appear that all of these outlets came with the Table Pouncer acquisition as some of the reviews are for several years ago. They are not new signings. The 8 restaurants in Bath on the Big Dish app I assume were also from Table Pouncer and used as guinea pigs for the beta version.

But now the Table Pouncer app and website are both saying that TP has now become Big Dish except that now none of the restaurants except 42 in Bournemouth AND 8 IN are showing on the Big Dish app. The rest seem to have disappeared into thin air.

HAVE THIS COMPANY GOT ANY INTENTION OF SIGNING UP ANY NEW OUTLETS. THEY HAVE BEEN FLOATED NOW FOR OVER 5 MONTHS AND SEEM TO HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS AT ALL. SANJ NAHA JOINED ON 1ST OCTOBER

I've worked out the difference.

It looks as if to qualify for a place on the BigDish daily platform a restaurant must offer at least two half-hour slots at a 50% discount. If not then they can stay on the TablePouncer platform.
