Will say that on the info in the court doc I cannot see how they will not make the TRO, permanent.
Obviously though still have a major problem with the liqudator.
Would be great, if Frr can give formal statement that they have come to an agreement with Hope (Outrider) over next few weeks.

On very last paragraph are they talking about Frr paying the 5% Royalty to the subsidiary that is under the liqudators control?
Will say that would not be surprised that bits of info in that court doc was not found on here from the work of our investorgators

Was going to say £1M would look good, going on what is known at moment. Will though increase to £10M then Frr can go for a placement.

See on bbc news website that the International Energy Agency say there is no need for any future coal, oil & gas exploarion.
Even though Frr are supposed to have a nice looking amount of oil & gas already found. Unless they speed things up on offloading or increasing production by I would say a very big amount then even, if they manage to hold on to their small bit of B12. It will start to lose much of its value. Whatever that is.

At least even the appeal judge agreed as strongly, as original judge on ZM & also good to have confirmed ZM has been served.

Fairly sure it can be made permanent & let's hope that is the case.

Would be great, if over next 4/5 weeks we get news on confirmation that Frr have come to an agreement with Hope (Outrider) & if in that time at next hearing the judge upholds the TRO.

There is meant to be a court case today. Not sure what it's content will be.

Would think that the latest info unravelled by the super investigators has been read by Looeds contact.
So will be interesting what their next brief statement says.

It was not for calling ZM a liar, but sometimes he seemed to get pleasure out of giving negative news & I am not only who has thought that.

Will add it gives me a better understanding on how things have gone.

As previously mention that this dodgy deal with GCapital might have only been known about by ZZ & he knew that it would not be met, also on the $s from them that was just written on a piece of paper of which probably was signed off by the piece of s..t.. ZM.

One thing we clearly know about ZZ & that is he is a life.
On the matter of what it has doing over last few years, looks like some of it was not legal, if not all. So we just have to see, if Frr can work through all of this & come out other side with the assett of which, latest info does not make it easier.
