Thanks for keeping in contact with Frr, as it will very likely be only way of receiving anything from them.
So, as thought things are still slowly moving on. Needs to speed up otherwise Coggy will be already be in the after life.

Overall though Frr should still put out a statement on the position of Frr.

Up until now I have not had anything from Barcs. Overall though ii might have got message out before few others, but also they have wrong info. So will wait until mid next week & see if anything comes through by then.

At the moment would not go on what ii say, but if more messages start to come through from Barcs & other brokers then that would change.

ZM might be appealing, but at moment not looking like it will go his way.
As previously mentioned would think Frr do have to get an extension on license, if they really do have an assett that a SM will be interested in.
If a SM actually did come forward though then might be the case that would help Frr get an extension.

Would seriously hope that as Frr have gone through that last court hearing & looks like they have nearly, if not already dealt with ZM that they have something still in the cupboard that has a chance of sorting out Outrider & YA.

At the end of this complete mess. On it being the case Frr have survived with their assett of which not sure what that assett would be now.

I think a problem that Frr will have, if things go their way. Is that time left on extension of licence will be down to something like 4yrs & that is at least 10yrs+ short of what is needed. The 10yrs+, would think, is a minimum.

Even though there is more to do by Frr, if we are to get anything back. At least the door, is now just about open for them to sort out Outrider & YA.
On as far as ZM , is concerned at the moment he is now an irritation of which looks like Frr have got the remedy for.

Even though Frr should not have been in this crap position in the 1st place.
Think BOD should be given small bit of credit, in that they have financed all the legal work of which will carry on. Hopefully though for not to long.

Wheels are still turning on the Frr bandwagon. As mentioned by Dave. Would be good to have a formal statement by Frr with some concrete info.
