On it being the case that the transfer has been completed then that will not only f.c.k. up the low life ZM, but will be a massive help in getting Hope into an agreement of which should at least be fairly well in Frrs favour.
So let's hope on some sort of confirmation on this soon.

Read the paragraph where Frr are along the lines confirming transfer has taken place of which, is a very positive piece of info & the noose does look to be getting tighter around ZMs neck.
Let's hope it gets tighter over coming weeks.

Overall 1st & formost, is that Frr get full control of whatever assett they had left & it has been worth waiting for.
A very nice bonus would be ZM getting free bed & breakfast in a USA/Georgian facility for a few yrs.

Overall as you say the security part of the deal, is suspect.
In end though Frr are still not in a great position.
So we see what if anything positive comes through over coming weeks.

On as far, as a deal with GCapital that so called deal. I would say was only ever known about by low life (ZM) & was put in place, so he could move forward with his scam.

On the % that Frr would still have at the moment. does not look that clear & would say, same applies to what will be for us at the end.
One thing is fairly clear is that there probably, is not any SM waiting to buy out Frr.
It does seem though that Frr do have around $100M funding in place going on what has been said.
So if that is the case & Frr do have a chance to use that funding & it is in a sensible & quick way. Lets hope they can prove up enough of the oil & gas to get a SM properly interested.
Still though Frr have to finally f.c.k ZM up & have Outrider & YA sorted.

Thanks for a few excellent write ups.
On the penalty shoot out I would say that it has already started & Frr are 3 - 0 up.
Cannot though be complacement, as we know Italy missed 3 & still won.

On what Frr are worth I would think as previously mentioned they would have to prove up a good % of what they claim to have discovered of which will take time & on that we all would hope that it would not be too much.
On the not paying of employees that is likely mostly if not all down to ZM trying to cause more problems for Frr & increasing his chances of taking over.

Chances on Frr coming back from the dead are looking more promising then they have had since delisting.
Overall though they still have work to do to complete being a fully functional company again.

Overall would be great if a SM was going for a buyout, but I think very unlikely.
Would go with that Frr will have funding of which needs to be at least in the realms of $100M & then start properly proving up a good % of what they have claimed to have discovered.
If above is along right lines Frr would have to very much speed up on previous work.
