On how all of this has gone would have to go along same lines as Bigun2 in that how would such a small oil & gas exploration company survive this far down the road.

The pipeline to supply gas was mentioned few years back.

If the judge already has near on a full caseload on for today. Would not think there will be much time left for our hearing.
So let's hope that some meaningful.work can be got through today.

The documents posted by Looed are very interesting & much info in them that gives good idea on what has been happening.
Confirmation that Frr had $100M ready & waiting for investment looks very positive for Frr, if they can kick ZM into touch.
Will add that this info surely has/will read in a good way by the judge.

The TRO would think stays in place until at least this hearing comes to some sort of conclusion.

Even though thought if goes against ZM did not think he would appeal, if possible.
Did say though always a chance of nasty surprise & you cannot get much more nasty then low life ZM coming back with an appeal.

Don't know, if the court has allowed certain amount of days for this.
Going on what the judge said would say that there will be at least 2 more sessions for this to come to a conclusion.

Will add that if court decisions can be overturned then would have thought a liquidator can as well.

Something that I have thought on. Is, if hearing does go Frrs way then that might be able to be used to try & overturn decision by liquidator on handing over Frrs % to GC. As it clearly shows a strong conflict of interest on the part of ZM & GC, if not something stronger of which can have a prison term attached to it.

At moment through what info was heard in pt 1. Frr looked to be going the right way on as far as the hearing, is concerned.
On it being the case the decision on the TRO, is upheld then would think that would be ZM kicked out of the way. Unless there is an appeal process of which would think ZM would unlikely go for anyway, but there can always be a nasty surprise when your least expecting it.

On what has been said Frr might just get over the line on this.
On Frr coming through. It is looking like they will still have a fight to be completely successful & let's hope Frr are triumphant.

What has just been said, is along lines of what I have mentioned over last couple of weeks & that is info discovered by our excellent investigators probably would have been very helpful to Frr.
