Overall cannot see any reason why Frr cannot now give out a formal statement on what is the position of Frr on. Is the assett now back under their control or is there even more court cases needed to confirm this.
One other thing is what is the position, as far as Outrider & YA are concerned.

Overall something you cannot lose you don't have to win & that was the case in Tiblisi courts.
So now latest case was in USA & went Frrs way, let's hope over coming months things move further in Frr favour.

Would be good to see how you see things for Frr at the moment.

Now the hearing is finished would be good that Frt put out a formal statement on exactly where Frr is at now.

On Outrider Frr have previously mentioned in message posted by Looed have made it seem they might just be ablie to come to some sort of agreement with them.
Would be great if somehow this could be sorted by year end & obviously in our favour of which things are looking brighter then previously.

Think Frr defaulted on the more favorable terms.

In the end this court rulling would not have been wanted by ZM.
So anything that can give him a slap can only be good.

The last para of part 4 reads that the court finds. So would think this is a summery on how the court/judge sees it.

Someone said that it was signed off by the judge.

Will ZM have to cover Frr court costs for this hearing?

Now read all 4 parts & clearly shows how this judge see it & even though the remainder of the BOD did not do their job. This hearing was all about whether or not ZM was trying to do the dirty on all shareholders & through the summery would say the judge, seems to see it along same lines, as us.

Just quickly read through part 1 of court summery that P123, very kindly posted & reads very much against ZM.

Agree with Chris on forwarding any videos that include ZM that might help Frr.

Even though we now have to wait 1yr for this trial. Would think Frr will hold a strong hand in the trial.

On as far as the oil sale to GC, is concerned. It very much looks like that it was just in ZMs imagination, but he has managed to fool the liquidator into believing it exsisted & then have the assett handed over to GC.
If through the courts Frr show that ZM has a strong connection with GC of which brings in a strong case of conflict of interest & maybe something stronger.
Would have thought the liquidator should look over it again on above being proven in courts.
Overall though there still looks like Frr would have 2/3 other problems they would have to sort out.
Still, slightly sceptical on how good what, is left of the assett will be worth enough for s/holders.

Would like to thank Mole, Looed & Oopsi for helping me understand what has been happening with Frr over last couple of yrs.
Let's hope that when this is, all sorted it is in a positive way.
