Would think that the latest info unravelled by the super investigators has been read by Looeds contact.
So will be interesting what their next brief statement says.

It was not for calling ZM a liar, but sometimes he seemed to get pleasure out of giving negative news & I am not only who has thought that.

Will add it gives me a better understanding on how things have gone.

As previously mention that this dodgy deal with GCapital might have only been known about by ZZ & he knew that it would not be met, also on the $s from them that was just written on a piece of paper of which probably was signed off by the piece of s..t.. ZM.

One thing we clearly know about ZZ & that is he is a life.
On the matter of what it has doing over last few years, looks like some of it was not legal, if not all. So we just have to see, if Frr can work through all of this & come out other side with the assett of which, latest info does not make it easier.

Looks like that ZM might of signed off a deal of which only he knew about on delivery of the oil knowing it would not be met & then generally knew that the assett would be offloaded to GCapital by liquidators?
If above, is along right lines then as he clearly had/has strong links with GCapital then that would have thought not been legal through conflict of interest.
Overall though it also shows incompetence on behalf of the other BOD of which includes SN.

On the matter of how I would hope Frr move forward, is finally have an updated Jorc completed & get their % offloaded.
Obviously for above to be worthwhile would be that Frr really do have enough oil & gas that would get the interest of a SMajor of which I am still not even 50% sure they have.

If Frr do come out of all this with their % of assett & it is very worthwhile then best thing for us would be it, is offloaded & we can get out.
So on above I would not care to much on company name, as ZM& SN would have already destroyed it anyway.

Thanks for your views on those documents & what was included in them.

Did not properly read through the court docs that Earbern kindly posted.
So on what Njames has said then it would make alot of sense for SN & Outridet (Hope).to try their best to give ZM a very good kick in via the courts.
In Njames 19.30 post he mentions that it is said SN & Hope have said to complete settlement talks, if that is right they might be close to an agreement. Once that is sorted then they can properly concentrate on ZM, if needed.
Even though I had started to believe that their might not be an assett that would be big enough that could include us, but now Hope & SN seem to be well on their way to a settlement, also latest message from Frr that has, just about changed.
So let's hope they can come to an agreement then there is, just ZM to deal with.
On above two working in our favour then working out a way through GG should be easier.

One thing is that the story has not come to an end & Frr still believe there is a way out of the complete mess. Most of which we should not be in anyway.

Just read full message from FSHG on message received by Looed & for me increases the chances of Frr pulling it off, but only by a small %.

Would say that Frr have put more into this message then previous.

Overall I am now in the belief that most of Info, as far as amounts of oil & gas is concerned have been, just ONE big lie.
I also think that SN would have a reasonable chance of getting aggod %, if not all of there investment back & this includes any other of the major investors.
On what has been found on ZM. It just comes down to him being a low life bit of scum, if all true of which at moment, looks like it is.

As few have said & many more think, is that for there to be any chance of new funding then SN would have to have no imput into how it is run.
Even on that being the case, just the name of Frontera Resources would keep many well clear of investing & on investing I am meaning the 10s of millions that would be needed.

Going on your 4.40a.m. Post the court seems to be going In Frrs favour.
Let's hope that continues over coming weeks.
