The same still applies & that is why would they have gone through all this s.h.i.t, just to carry on along, same lines as previous.
One other thing is why would Dustin come back & the other high profile join the bod. As Frr carrying on, as above would not help any careers, if anything it would damage them going on Frrs history..
In end though we as usual will have to wait & see, if there really is exciting news to come of which was in one of the replies either Looed or JimSlade received.
Will add though will say that if no formal statement addressed to shareholders, is not released by around end of March then things will I feel be looking bad.

Agree that end Feb/March, gives Frr more then enough time to make a formal statement to shareholders on what the situation, is on the restructuring.
So we do need above by said date

Looed & Jimslade has had replies from Frr/lawyers & have said, along lines of, will provide more info over next few months.
So at least we know things are still moving forward.

10 / 1 = 1.6B
So I would go for around 50/1, as Frr might want to start off below 1B shares.
While though they are delisted then overall might not be something Frr will change.

Overall it looks certain there will be a consolidation of the shares.
If there was a one off payment then 2p per share on shares issued previously would work out at around £320M.
So if we was lucky enough for above then would go with 1p.
At moment though would say that it is great just knowing that Frr is going to come back to life.

At least we now know we have above, but how bright will it be?
I am still thinking that all of this would have not been gone through for, Frr to continue as previous. Especially going by a few of the new BOD.

Will add that from that reply the restructuring will be carrying on for a while yet.

Hope the communication, is in formal statement.
Overall good that they replied & confirmed that there, is more info over coming months.

Agree I & sure many do not want anymore exploration. As you say they must surely have enough data collected already.
On it being the case that there is no sell off at the moment of which I think, is the case then it is now time to start on increasing production & don't mean just a few hundred bopd, but into low 1000s then build on that.
Obviously speed up on extracting of the gas, if not offloaded.

As mentioned, just a big guess from that poster of which a good few have been taken on here.

Thought there might be something wrong in my wording. At least I got the RTO right.
