Going on the info Looed received would think that Frr are finally closing in on releasing a formal statement on the restructuring.
Let's see, if it is released by end of Frbruary.

The statement does say "exciting details shortly"
So would be thinking that overall whatever it looks like, it would be at least along lines of ok.
Let's hope by saying shortly, is by end of Februrary at latest

I had not thought of it in that way of which obviously crap for us.
On that being the case though then would have thought it would be good idea for him to make a statement to that effect. Unless he is just trying to put pressure on Frr to include him.
Overall though cannot see that ZM would be left out of the restructuring, as far as his holding, is concerned.

Would think that Frr will not be overly worried on that at the moment.
The one bit of very positive info we have that helps a great deal, is that Dustin has rejoined Frr. So cannot remember who posted that info, but they deserve a gold star.

Just read Looeds 1st post on this & does seem to say that the claim is against BOD, but ifor the benefit of Frr.
Not sure, if I completely understand it all.
Overall I will just wait & see what comes next.

Going on something said in another post. I might have got it wrong not you.
Sure though somebody will confirm on how it is.

Will add that I think we first heard about the restructuring, just over 2mths back & would think likely it actually started something like 2mths previous, if not slightly more.
So we do need to have some sort of update on it, soon. As we cannot, just keep believing on it being completed without some new info.

Even though ZM going for damages against Frr makes things look very poor on something good coming out of all of this.
As mentioned yesterday though. Having Dustin rejoining Frr must be a big positive, as why would he waste his time, if it was looking like nothing positive will come out of a what has been happening over last 2+yes.
As usual though all we can do is hope that the restructuring is/does get completed & we all get something worthwhile out of it at end.

All I know about ZM & SN on the shares they hold, is that they was listed as having a substantial holding.

One thing on even more crap from Frr, is that would have thought Dustin would have known of all this when rejoining.
So still chance things will come through on above.

I would say cannot really be answered until we know what sort of position Frr will be in of which will include financial one & maybe what sort of consolation has been sorted out.

Overall I feel a JV would be good & if it possible to be with a S/Major maybe also a buy out option a bit further down line.
